I am wearing them as i write this......
I am literally wearing these as i type this up. these are a solid pair of computer glasses. I work in IT for a one of the largest consulting companies in the world and a different for fortune 100 company so my hours are long and the are always infront of a screen. before this i would leave the office with migraines at least weekly but some sort of eye strain or headache daily. these really make a difference. they cut the glare and reduce harsh blue lights so you have no more strain and no more pain. i can stare at a screen for hours (10+ hours is my daily average) and it feels like was just reading a book for a couple of minutes. it is night and day. even my friend who had no complaints in the eye strain category noticed a significant improvement in his visual comfort. these are also the perfect size. they look great on my large oval/round head and my head is huge (on my head shaved bald, the one size fits all snap back hat has to be connected at only TWO points. so i have a big cranium but im a big dude so its fine) if it were even a centimeter smaller it would be too small but its perfect for me and my ex girlfriend who is 5'2 and 90 pounds (i.e. shes basically a chihuahua) looks super sexy in them too. these are about the perfect size for 99% of people. But more importantly, they dont have nearly as much yellowish hue so I wear them to work and in conduct meetings and presentations and dont look like a scrub at all. I wear them to work of course but i also where them when i game on my computer of my console expecialy at night when the contrast from the displays and darkness are at their greatest. Since they block a lot of the intense blue light from screens, I started wearing these if watch tv game or use my computer or phone before bed because i read that blue light messes up you sleep. I actually got a slight improvement in my falling asleep time (slight but noticeable) this is a solid pair of specs. when mine wear out ill get another two just in case.

Just amazing.
TL:DR at end. I'm on the computer the majority of the day and was noticing that my eyes were getting mega fatigued. I'd catch myself squinting a lot and my eyes would just get so heavy, sometimes it'd even be painful. Not to mention the mild headaches I was getting. One of the solutions I found through researching was gaming / computer eye wear. I read about Gunnars but those were too expensive to try out on a whim. Then I discovered NoScopes which were more wallet friendly but I wanted to see what else was out there, and that's when I came to Amazon and found Gamma Ray. I'm skeptical of a lot of products and their claims to begin with, but I figured I could try these out and if they helped at all then I could upgrade to NoScope or Gunnar figuring they'd be better quality in the long-run and also provide a better solution. Well I decided to pull the trigger on these. Going into it, I had no expectations as I was doubtful a pair of glasses could remedy any or all of my symptoms. I received the glasses and put them on immediately. I remember reading a few of the reviews here where fitment was an issue, but I have a smallish head and the fit is excellent. Before I knew it, it had been a few hours with me wearing the glasses and my eyes felt great. No fatigue whatsoever, no headaches, no pain, and no squinting. I kept wearing them for the rest of the day and sure enough my eyes still felt wonderful. I decided to give it a couple more days in the off chance that the first day results were a fluke, but so far I haven't experienced any negative symptoms that I was experiencing before, which is completely badass. I had said that if these worked good then I'd upgrade to Gunnar or NoScope but there's absolutely no need to do that. These glasses provided the exact solutions that I was hoping they would. The build quality is great as well. I will only be wearing these when I'm at my computer desk so I'm not worried about them getting damaged somehow. I'm extremely happy with these glasses and can't even picture myself looking at monitors without them. TL:DR Great build, great fit, solved all issues.

Help with bright screens in dim environments at night
I bought these because I was spending more time looking at screens at night and the researching regarding the bluelight emitted from screens suggests this can damage your sleep cycle dramatically. And since I've been having trouble sleeping, well, time to combat the problem. Do they work? Hard to say. It's too early to determine if my behavioral changes are going to be altered by the bluelight being blocked. However, I can say they make the screen brightness more pleasant and tolerable. This is a win in my book and I continue to use them. How are the glasses? They sit nicely on my face. They don't slip or wiggle much. The plastic feels sturdy enough. The lens are clear and give everything a soothing yellow tint. You forget about this tint until you take them off and the world does look very blue. What's the catch? These aren't high-end frames and as such they do not have any anti-glare coatings or other bells. This means light may be reflected off them and can create glare in your field of vision. How tolerable this effect is will completely depend on your environment. Overall, I'm enjoying using these at my computer and while using my phone during the evening. I do not require any prescription glasses or readers, so this is based upon the model with no magnification. I use them when watching videos, reading the internet, and playing video games. All uses I think are appropriate and they seem to help reduce the intensity of a bright screen in a dim or completely dark room. I've also attached a photo so you can see the styling present. I only use them at home, but it's good I don't look like a total nerd. Just a little bit, right?

I was really ready to give these a 5 out of 5 stars - it really did seem to be helping my eyestrain (especially as I'm ill so getting constant migraines from the computer light): my eyes are more relaxed and I seem to 'remember' to blink more. However after 2 days of wearing these I got pretty bad conjunctivitis out of nowhere. I haven't been wearing any makeup and I haven't met anyone with it, so it's pretty likely that it was the glasses. I've cleaned them with an antibacterial handwash+makeup wipe, then the cleaner that came with them. I should have probably done this before wearing them anyway, but I didn't expect to get an eye infection straight out of the box...
