Improved design fits Rasp Pi 2 perfectly!
I jumped into this transaction cautiously due to the previous reviews and the customer images. I intended to use a copper heatsink with my Raspberry Pi 2 and if the case didn't line up then I wouldn't be able to. Since the item title now states "New Version - Improved fit for Pi 2!", I figured I'd give it a shot. Sure enough, it fits perfectly now. You can see in my uploaded image that there is plenty of clearance and I was easily able to use 2 heatsinks with this case. This case is top notch. Very clean design with a perfect fit. The top pops off easily for quick access to anything you need.

Excellent stylish case and fantastic value. Cannot go wrong with this one.
Awesome little case! It has a good tight fit to keep the RaPi 3 secure. Except the top lid. That does not have a tight seal to it. Certainly does not require it to be tight but for some reason I would feel better about it not being able to come off so easily. Other than that, it has a nice stylish design and functional to access all the necessary components of the board. I would buy this case again.

very nice, well built
This is an excellent looking case, Nice organization and a goo fit. good access to the internal connection pins and external cables in general. One "small" issue is that the hole over the processor is slightly off so if you want to put a heatsink on there you may have just a bit of "modding" to do so. some items are pricy and not worth the extra, others, well, you pay a bit more but you get something for the extra cost, like this case. I ordered an extra already ;-)

Nice Case
I got this case for my Raspberry Pi 2 Model B. Visually it has a very attractive glossy finish with the Raspberry Pi logo on top. It has cutouts for each port, air holes underneath, and little rubber feet on the bottom (the feet are very thin). The feet stick to surfaces well, but it's almost too sticky. The bottom piece has two little tabs on one end of the case that the Pi pcb needs to be slid under to hold it better in place. The bottom and middle piece were already a tight fit without the Pi so after putting the Pi in, it can be a little hard to put the middle piece on. With the middle piece on, all of the ports were perfectly cutout except the microSD slot. You can still put a microSD in easily, but getting it out is a bit harder. Without removing the Pi from the case I was able to remove the microSD by pushing down very slightly on the DSI display connector (do not use a lot of force or you may damage the Pi) and it came out. This is not an issue for me though since I rarely if ever need to take my microSD out. Another slight issue is that the CPU cutout is not that accurate. The CPU's top and left sides are partially covered. This was not a problem for me, but it may be a problem if you want to use a heat-sink. Finally the top pops on, but you can only put it on one way because of the cutouts in the middle piece. Overall I really like the case aside from its little quirks. It keeps my Pi 2 protected while looking very nice.

Had somewhat higher expectations
The black outer shell is glossy smooth and has a ‘milky’ appearance to it. I tried cleaning it off with disk soap to no avail. The insides would seem well though out except I noticed the ‘pi camera’ mounting posts are backwards and just won’t work with the ribbon cable that I have without a lot of folding and twisting. The lid doesn’t “pop” on and is more of a loose press-fit so that the lid will fall off merely by turning it upside down. The bottom is rather snug though, and everything aligns properly for my pi 2. I didn’t try the 3B yet, opting to put this case aside for when I need one for heavy modification.

Looks great and works!
This is a really cool case for the pi. Yes, there are no screws that hold it together but it stays together really well. It's a nice and tight fight. The raspberry pi 2 fits perfectly along with heat sinks. No extra dremel work needed. I added an LED to the correct gpio pins and at night it looks cool with blue light coming out of the raspberry cut out on top.

Great little case
Great case for the price. The top doesn't snap into place, so it comes off pretty easily if you move the computer around. I put a little clear RTV silicon in each corner of the box, and that helps hold the top in place. Everything fits well, and works fine. This case accommodates the heat sinks too. Would buy again.

Easily modified for 3B+ in five minutes.
I was having trouble with this, trying to pry the bottom off of the middle section. Don't do it that way. Instead, push the bottom away from the top on all four corners and it will come right off. It's even easier if the Pi is installed. I intend to mount this to a panel and expect that I'll be able to pull the middle piece from the bottom to disassemble, change the SD card, etc., leaving the bottom screwed in place. I'll update this review if it doesn't work. To use this for a 3B+ takes two modifications. 1: You need to file away a bit of the plastic at the end of the GPIO header to make room for the POE pins, which otherwise prevent the board from sitting in the middle piece. I used a small, square needle file. 2: Also on the middle piece, on the bottom (board side), there's a stand-off between the HDMI and power ports that interferes with a somewhat large SMT component. Take a sharp knife and remove half of the stand-off, until the board fits properly (there's a smaller SMT component on the 3B which also interferes with this stand-off, so I had to trim it down even for the 3B). Total modification time, well under 5 minutes. There's room for an ample heat-sink on the CPU, for both the 3B and 3B+. Mine is 14mm tall. The network chip is in a different place on the 3B+ so you can't put a heat-sink on that without more filing, but the network chip shouldn't need one.

Me gusta el producto, pero no era lo que esperaba, o al menos no me di cuenta que el material se raya con mucha facilidad. Le queda perfecto a la Pi3B y disipa muy bien el calor, lo uso sin ventilador.
