High Precision Detail Scissors Set

In spite of the appearance of looking like kids' scissors, these scissors are surprisingly sharp, easy to use, very precise and lovable! I am able to make very clean cuts on card stock paper when making greeting cards. I LOVE the way I can make beautiful round tips without struggling, as in cutting cats' tails. I can cut very smooth edges when trimming without wasting card stock or decreasing the size of my pieces or causing small stress lines when cutting sharp curves. Plus, there are two scissors in the packet so that I can have them in two places for convenience! I highly recommend these for professional looking cuts!

These scissors are a perfect size for your purse and super sharp!

First, this is a great item in that you get TWO pairs of scissors for one price, which would be very reasonable even for one pair. And since the tips are needle-sharp, they come with protective hard plastic covers, not flexible ones that they would pierce right through as they are THAT sharp. And these great scissors are perfect for "fussy" cutting of paper, which is what I purchased them for. I make tiny clocks and other furnishings for doll houses and often have to cut out clock faces or other tiny items that I've printed. Really small things show irregularities much more glaringly than larger things. If I trace a circle the size of a nickle, I need to cut that edge perfectly round. These scissors allow me to do that kind of fine work with ease. I wish I has purchased these months ago! Very happy with this purchase and I actually look forward to "fussy" cutting now, instead of dreading it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: I am a paper scissor snob. Seriously. I’ve been doing paper cutting for over 10 years. The BEST detail scissors I’ve ever owned were from Martha Stewart years ago. I’ve never found anything better. These are close, but still not there. In the past I’ve purchased Bezox hair cutting scissors. The blade has held the edge fairly well but I’m starting to notice the edges aren’t clean. I have a spare on hand ready to go. I purchased the Beaditive scissors because I have the Modeler Series craft knife. I like how it feels in my small, arthritis filled hand. When the scissors arrived I thought, “NO WAY” I’d get my thumb out if these tiny scissors, but that hasn’t been an issue. The blades are sharp, thin, wirh about 3/4 inch of cutting blade. They are working for trimming edges, and removing rough spots. The price is reasonable for a set of two. The blade cover is nice considering the sharpe point., Here’s what I don’t like: The blades do not glide along the paper. Each cut requires the blade to be opened, closed, opend, closed, etc. An example would be cutting out the center of a circle, or anything with a tight curve. Having a blade that glides along, and cuts is a dream. My Martha scissors could do this. The Beaditive cannot. I’ll keep using them, but I’m still looking…

These are great little scissors and perfect for making small cuts! I am a hobby cookie baker and needed some sharp scissors to make the small cuts in my pipping bags. these work perfect to make those precision cuts and I love that they come with a protective cover. I also do scrapbooking and have one scissors dedicated for each hobby is perfect.

I bought the pink and purple color set in Jan '25. These cute little snippers are in my knitting and crochet collection. While they're big enough to fit my arthritic size 8 fingers, they're slightly small for my thumb. It's not a serious problem tho since the jelly handle is comfortable, grips well and the blades are so sharp. I still have the pink color on stand-by and use only the purple pair. I've completed large to small blankets, scarves, hats, and amigurumi animals - the scissors were used almost daily through- out the last year, and are still going strong and sharp! Very durable.

Nice sharp and lightweight. Awesome for small projects.
