so let me just start out by saying that whenever I am crocheting a project which is typically a blanket I get bored if I am using the same color for very long which is one of the reasons why I purchased this set. I wasn't sure what I was going to make but I ended up starting with 120 chains and I've decided to make a sort of shawl for when I'm sitting in bed and my shoulders are cold. so this yarn using a 5.5 crochet hook is absolutely wonderful it slides easily over the hook it doesn't get caught up in a bunch of unraveled pieces it works beautifully into whatever stitch you're going to use. I'm using a double crochet and so far this project is the best thing I've ever done. and this is coming from someone with zero crochet training I've had to teach myself anything that I know. I highly highly recommend this set it came in a nice little carrying bag all the colors were sorted by color family you get a couple of needles and a couple of crochet hooks and I couldn't be more happy. I would definitely buy this set again as you have every color of the rainbow and more. UPDATE TO REVIEW: I just wanted to add a brief comment I have now used approximately seven of the skeins of yarn and what I'm noticing is that there is a lacking consistency when it comes to the diameter of the strands. as I am crocheting my blanket I'm noticing that some parts of the strand are a lot thinner almost like a crocheting thread and then it works back into its normal thickness so what this does is it creates an inconsistent look in the stitching and there's gapage in between each double crochet hopefully that makes sense. everything I said prior still holds this is beautiful yarn very easy to work with but the inconsistency in the diameter of each strand is kind of a problem. The color selection is lovely, and while the skeins are bitty baby sized, there's a surprising amount of yarn in them. It's not super duper high quality, but it is good quality, and perfect for beginners learning, or someone who is doing alternate crafts. Comes with extras that I may be able to get use out of at some point in the future.

This is my second purchase of this yarn bundle. Perfect for little Amigurumi projects, and for making small 3 row granny squares (I was able to get 5 - 3 row granny squares out of each skein with a little bit of yarn left over). It comes with a 4.5mm and 5.5mm hook, 2 plastic sewing needles, and 10 stitch markers of assorted color. The skeins are on the small side as you can see in my photo, but again, for small Amigurumi key chains, it's a great purchase!!!

Be aware these are very small, think sample sized. If you want a bunch of tiny amounts of many different colors. This is for you. If you want anything else, it's not. Personally I needed a variety of colors delivered overnight to get me through to when a bigger order arrives, so it's exactly what I needed. The yarn is soft and appears sturdy, comes with a good variety of colors. They're packaged in plastic bags withing the carrying case, so yay for not tangling, boo for excess plastic. The "user manual" is a QR code to a YouTube video, so beware of that if you're new to crochet. Comes with a 5.5 and 5.4 hook I would be using because they're not ergonomic grips, but they feel sturdy. The carrying bag however feels ready to self destruct at any moment. The material is super cheap, if you plan to carry this around I'd find a different bag. Tl;dr Nice yarn in very small amounts, good variety. Hooks subpar, bag somewhat of a disgrace, probably for marketing purposes more than actual use.

It’s very nice and soft yarn and a nice kit

I am comparing this yarn to Dollar Tree Just Yarn as that is the yarn I am currently using for the small Amigurumi toys I am making for donations. Just Yarn is a #4 worsted weight acrylic yarn which weighs about 1.5 oz. Going from there, this Inscraft yarn is definitely a #3 sports yarn, about .75 oz per skein which is about half the size of the Dollar Tree yarn, the colors are vibrant and there is a huge variety of color as opposed to the limited colors and limited availability of the Dollar Tree yarn. Costwise, given the fact that the skeins are half the size but you are getting at least triple the color variety and number of skeins, the end cost is about the same. Each skein here is different in quality. Some colors are soft and the twist is good while others are a little scratchy with a loser twist which makes them splitty. There are some colors where the fuzz factor is too much. I would not recommend these yarns to beginners because of their varied quality. I would recommend for small projects where end project quality is not a factor but variety in color is desired. I was able to knit okay with these yarns on smaller size needles commensurate with a light #3 weight yarn but again the texture, twist and quality varied per skein. Sometimes difficult to manage with splitting. Also frogging was difficult due to easily tangling while frogging. To wrap up, given the variety of colors and the amount of skeins you are getting here, I think this is a good purchase and would recommend to anyone who is in need of small skeins for small projects that do not result in a ton of leftover yarn and where quality and texture is not an issue.

My daughter started crocheting and this was a great starter pack of yarn for her craft. She loved all the colors and was able to make some really beautiful patterns with the different colors. Highly recommend!!

Excellent product, very bright beautiful colours and shades and very soft. Good quality crochet hooks and stitch markers. Love the bag that all the stuff came in, it’s big enough to hold your projects on the go very handy and great to have. All items were received except the E-books. After contacting Amazon and the seller I relived the emails containing the E-books in less than 8 hours. Also big credit to Amazon and our postal services for great and speedy delivery (this was free delivery) only 4 days. Order was placed on October 20th in the evening and delivered on October 23rd in the afternoon.

Il n'y a que 52 pelotes au lieu de 67 (le vendeur prétend que c'est une erreur de traduction mais c'est impossible). 14 couleurs sont en double alors qu'elles n'y sont pas toutes.

colours are slightly different bag to bag witch is very inconvenient when making a large item.
