A great HO scale model
I am a little disappointed in my purchase because I am building an N scale layout. I searched under N scale and this model was in the N scale listings. I didn't see a scale listed, but figured it was an N scale model because of the category listing. This is actually an HO scale model. I can still use it for a later build, but it wasn't what I wanted. I am still giving it a five star rating for the product quality alone. It's a wonderful structure and a great addition to any HO scale layout.

Walthers Jim's Red Owl
This was an easy kit to build but difficult to paint. All the pieces fit together easily with minimum flash. I had to sand down the wall joints a little but it wasn't too bad. Painting was a little more difficult and I needed some fine point brushes and some small area painting tools.
