Just received the kit for an on-time delivery! The lady at the company guided me into changing my kit and recommended me their Air-driven carpet brush kit to vacuum my entrance carpets and other mats instead of a more costly and bulkier electrical carpet beater. She was right! It does a fantastic job cleaning carpet! I also like the fact that their wand and hose is very light compared to my old one. I’ll definitely buy again from this company, great service and great products.

This was a replacement hose for my central vac system. I love having the extra 10 feet of hose! The tools seem to be a little less quality than my original set but not so much that I wouldn’t buy this set again. I’m pleased with this product.

Hose is fine. They spin brushes not very strong period which is the only downside I have found so far

We recently needed to buy a hose and attachments for our old unit. I emailed the company and they verified their hose would fit our outlets. And they were right! It works great! Would definitely recommend this product!!

Second one I have purchased, but this one won't turn off. I have to unplug from wall port to turn off. Hope to return or repair.

I have not used this product very much yet bit so far the quality is outstanding.

I've bought this kit for a few months now and I was impressed every time I use it. It's lightweight and so easy to use. Mine is 40 ft long and I can reach every corner in my house. I have stepped on the pipe a few times by accident and it never went broken. It has different sucking power for different tips. I found It works the best on hardwood floors. I do house cleaning every week now because this kit makes it so easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this.

The vacuum itself is great! The cleaning tools and hose are ok. We owned a beam vacuum for the past 6 years. It worked great until it didn't. We bought the OVO to replace it. The OVO has great suction, does an excellent job however the brush cleaning tools, although sturdy, are not up to the quality of the Beam brushes and hose. I gave it a 4 rating due to the lower quality of these items. I would definitely recommend the OVO. Great machine.

This kit met all expectations, and works as well or better than the original which I had to replace. No issue connecting to the original BEAM system. The handle is convenient and the brushes all work well. Overall, no complaints and recommended. Update: The above review was submitted shortly after purchase in January, 2021. A recent issue (April 2021) has caused me to change my opinion. PROBLEM - THE On/Off SWITCH NO LONGER WORKS!! Because of this, I can no longer turn the central vac on and off as required. If I connect the hose to the wall inlet bracket in the proper manner - i.e., with the little flange on the hose inserted into the slot on the bracket - the switch does not work. If I rotate the hose so the flange is not inserted into the slot on the bracket, the vac motor functions. However, this work-around does not allow me to control the unit using the On/Off switch. Note that the connection pins are working properly (spring not broken) Additional update - 08April2021. After reporting the above problem directly to OVO, their Customer Service rep advised that the product had a 2 year warranty. They immediately sent by courier a new switch, which I installed (easy) and it now works perfectly again. My thanks to OVO for their excellent response to my concern - I was impressed.
