Source Naturals Genistein Soy Complex 1000 mg - 240 Tablets

For several years after menopause, my migraines decreased (from 6-8 per month) to only a couple per year. I was pretty happy! But gradually they returned, and while they were never as debilitating, they were very annoying. I did some research and decided to try this product, and this brand. After a few months, I realized that the migraines were almost completely gone again! Could it be a coincidence? Well, I've taken 2 capsules of this per day for about 5 years, but every once in a while (like when it was dropped by subscribe-and-save, I'll run out, and neglect to take it for a couple of months. This has *just* happened - I stopped taking it late last year. In the past 2 months, my migraine headaches have been back with a vengeance, and I'm forced to rely on Imitrex (which has its own evil side effects) almost daily. My new order of Genistein arrived yesterday, and I'm really looking forward to living my life again. I hope others find the same result!

Great product and is helping with pre-menopausal symptoms. The down side is the size and hardness of the tablet. It easily gets stuck in the throat.

These pills are ENORMOUS. HUGE. I’ve seen horse pills that are smaller. And they have 2mg of Genistein per serving. The recommended daily amount for therapeutic treatment is 54mg. So four pills, 4mg. That’s 50mg less than what the suggest does is. AND THEY ARE HUGE. I tried to return them but couldn’t. So I wasted the cash. Don’t be me. Find a supplement with at least 54mg genistein and one you can swallow without a blow tube or crushing them up.

Low rating because I just tried to take one of these pills and it stuck in my throat. Very large for not being in a capsule. So I'm back on Amazon to buy a different brand as I had previously had much smaller pills that were capsules (sure, those were probably less mg but I don't know and don't need a huge amount but better than not being able to take). Two stars as I guess some folks could swallow these and for them, would be fine.

The tablets are quite big and I can imagine swallowing for some people could be problematic. Like most people I take this for therapeutic reasons and won't be certain about the effectiveness until my next scan. If this does what it's supposed to do then I'll give it five stars.

I love Source Naturals vitamins ! They are wonderful ! I love there soy tablets ! They do wonders for me ! They make the aches and pains in my body feel better ! If you can have soy , it really do help the older ladies ! They also have other wonderful natural vitamins too ! I would use there vitamins again !
