Great for what I wanted
A great, super light weight and durable information packet. I'm a light "doomsday prepper" with mainly a bag and minimal resources to get me started, should I ever need to. This was perfect for my bag and I know if I ever need it, it will be in my bag and I'll be able to reference it with little effort. Very simplistic yet detailed and great for beginners like myself.

Super Basic
Covers a very basic description of a wide variety of ways to navigate in the wilderness. Could use slightly more detail on the navigation techniques that are difficult, but important concepts to grasp (declination reading for instance). Good info for getting a general sense of direction no matter where you're at, which is helpful navigation info for most emergency situations.

Bought the whole series!
These are great little guides to keep around. I purchased a bunch of these (there’s a whole series) as they’re simple and informative. Fun to read with the kids in the tent as we sharpen our wilderness skills. Lightweight and thinly laminated, they should last a few summers no problemo.

Excellent information that is needed while navigating in the back country
This is full of information that may and will be needed in the back country while navigating. It is easy to read and explains the skills very well. Folds so it takes up a almost no space in your backpack.

Great pamphlet
This is a handy little pamphlet. Very easy to understand and use. However having a good compass will make it a lot easier to navigate.

Excellent portable aide memoire for anyone involved in survival / bushcraft as an individual or teaching skills to others. American based but much of the knowledge is transferable.
