Japan doesn’t make useless stuff. They pride themselves on quality and craftsmanship. I’ve found even the what we might call “walmart” brand of blades in Japan will have a minimum standard. This is a light weight, durable, and VERY VERY VERY SHARP! took that lays waste to weeds.

Super easy weeding tool! It cuts through almost anything with ease. Be careful when weeding around vegtable stems. It’s easy to Nick them. I use mine for the raised beds. Perfect size for a hand tool. Easy to use with either hand, functions well once you understand the angle needed. Good tool to have in the garden. Compact and easy to store.

This is a really handy garden tool! It is lightweight, PLENTY sharp, and easy to re- sharpen. I really like using it because it makes quick, convenient work of removing old leaves or grass if you don't like hauling out a weed trimmer or if you just prefer to do it by hand. In fact, I like mine so much that I ordered a replacement when I misplaced the original one. Maybe one day the older one will turn up, and I'll have two!

I loved it until the blade chipped! It’s a great size, is easy to hold, and a decent value for money spent. It made tearing up the grass for my new garden bed fairly easy. Easy to clean as well. Once you get the hang of it, it’s easy to use and makes weed or grass removal a quick process.

Best garden care tool. When I need to clean the weeds out of my garden this tool cuts through the dirt like butter. I can use it horizontally for shallow roots and vertically for deeper roots like dandelions. I used to use an asparagus fork, the long tool with the fork on the end, or a hula hoe. By this is so much faster and thorough. It has a comfortable handle and is well designed.

This lightweight, handy tool, aids in quickly weeding without much effort. I have purchased multiple weeding sickles as gifts and also so that more than one of us in the family can use it at a time. It is very sharp. I recommend spray painting the handle a bright color so it is easily seen if laid down in the grass or weeds.

This is a great tool. Can’t be without it!

OMG IT'S SO TINY!! Nice handle, seems sharp but it's so, so tiny. I thought the handle was 10" but the whole thing is that size and the blade is small too.
