This was bought as a birthday present for 8 year old boy. It worked well for a day until his 14 year old brother gave it a big kick and then it broke. Have not yet decided whether to buy it again - depends on how much I am nagged for it by the 8 year old who was very upset at the time but his desire for it seems to be waning.

I bought this smart football for my son, and it has honestly been one of the best purchases I’ve made for him. He’s absolutely obsessed with it! I bought and inflated one of these but the next morning it had gone flat. I inflated it again and could feel air escaping and upon further investigation I found that a patch had been applied and the air was escaping from the edge of that patch. Therefore, this was not a new item but a repaired faulty item being passed off as a new one. The photos show the location of the patch. You can clearly see the edge and this is where the air was escaping. I was extremely concerned and disappointed that a faulty item was supplied to me originally under the guise of a new one. I’m pretty sure this must be a breach of UK consumer legislation. Amazon replaced it, but when I wrote to them to point out the problem, they offered to send a new one. I told them not to because they already had, but they did anyway and they’ve charged me for two now!

Looks good I think my son will like this however just in case you haven’t noticed like I did not lol as I clearly didn’t read the product info correctly. The instructions on the box mentions that if you want to play football with this you must remove the counting sensor first replace with the plug provided then play football same if you are playing near water etc. not sure if my son will have the patience to keep swapping them over so I think I will say to him it’s basically what it says on the box it’s a training ball to practice your skills lol Also it will need pumping up as it arrives in a small box easy for wrapping up 👍 all in all I’m happy that I got it with a discount I think my son will like it. I’m happy it arrived quickly and I think it will make a great gift

My son was bought this as a gift a few years ago and loved it so I purchased for a friends child’s birthday. Great for practising keep ups. Batteries have lasted a long time

good fun, lights up well. had good keepy up competitions with the kids.

A Christmas present for my 10yr old grandson was well received and does exactly what we wanted. He played with the ball for ages and really liked it. It is well made and is complete with the batteries needed.✔️
