Great product for men who are into fitness. It’s a precursor to other aminos and compounds that help build muscle. This particular brand was great. It’s pretty easy to swallow these pills, but it would be nice if they were smaller, if possible. Didn’t upset my stomach at all. I did notice results. Nothing you couldn’t get from a BCAA or EAA powder though, if you can stand the taste and texture of those. It’s easier to mix those drinks than it is to mix a pill obviously, so that ended up being my preference. All in all, decent product for a decent price.
