iJDMTOY has always made great products but you have to understand what you're getting Into before you start installing these products. Install can be SIMPLE or ADVANCED depending on your vehicle and that go's with most of these products sold by iJDMTOY because a lot of their products are retrofits and how easy a retrofit install is on your vehicle again DEPENDS ON YOUR VEHICLE. The product itself is a great simple product that only has 2 wires each to hook into your factory flasher system (+ to factory blinker positive and - to ground or factory blinker ground) if you don't know how your vehicles factory flasher system will handle these you might need to do some more research on your vehicle before you you try to install these. You will need to run wire through your vehicle to install these properly so know how you're going to run this wire before trying to install, you don't want to figure out that the wire runs will be too difficult for you to install yourself after you've already done the work in the mirror. Please note that some mirrors DO NOT have a pass through for wires into the vehicle which will make your install harder. This product is quality and iJDMTOY has always had a great reputation for helping anyone who receives products with defects, they also always seem to send me discounts with my products which is awesome not one other Amazon seller has done this in my many years of automotive work. Don't let bad installs alter your view on this product because it really is a decent retrofit module for the vehicle, most leds come from the same manufacturers so keep in mind a more expensive brand/product similar to this will more than likely be the same product with a different look. This is a great adddition to any vehicle, especially if you want to give your 20 yr old truck a modern feel like myself. The sequential leds work flawlessly. Flat and sturdy. Bright enough under sunlight and fantastic in darkness. Straight forward wiring, one positive and one negative wire. Although, it is up to the DIYer to figure out their vehicles turn signal output. (Negative reviews seem to blame the led provider for not providing "your" vehicle wiring diagrams) Overall, no installation instructions needed. Do believe that a fun project like this would be considered between novice and moderate. The outcome can potentially be awesome. Co-workers will be impressed. Edit: Sept. 26 2015. One of the turn signal units has died. Lasted about 6 months. Showed signs of failure, abnormal blinking but didn't think anything of it. Not too big of a deal for $20 but skeptical this time around about getting exact replacement. Originally rated 5 stars; 3 stars reflects the short life span. Edit: reordered again. Maybe the one turns signal that failed was a fluke, the other one is working great. 5 stars again.

I've always been jealous of the cars with the turn arrows built into the mirror surface of the side view mirrors. Now I have them for my own. The install was not difficult just slow, but that's not the product's fault, that just the process of taking apart the side mirrors then putting them back together. They look awesome! And I'm really glad I installed them.

I bought this and tried to install it, my vehicle has heated mirrors and it cannot be removed to install the lights, I broke the mirror and had to replace it. The lights seem to be great but if you have heated mirrors, I suggest not to buy these!!

They do work, as long as you have translucent mirror glass. I ended up buying new glass for my side view mirrors because the stock glass wasn't translucent enough. That said, these are only visible at night you cannot see them flash during the day at all. Not very bright. Still a cool add-on if you drive around at night a lot.

Easy enough to install if you watch a couple of you tube videos and have some basic mechanical ability. One thing I should point out though is that the lights should be as close to the mirror as possible. Unable to see the lights during the day. It may be because there is a space between the inner plate where I mounted the lights and the mirror itself. I would suggest to attach them to the mirror if possible and then put the backing plate on the mirror. Too late for me as I had to crazy glue the mirrors back together because the clips broke on remove. Be careful and get ready to mickey mouse it if you have to.
