I have tried several different brands of buckwheat, but this one is my favorite.

I’m a huge fan of Aimee France and have been using these to make her buckwheat granola recipe. They’re a great source of protein, high quality (Bob’s red mill has never let me down) and the granola is wonderful for breakfast or gifting to family and friends. If anyone has any other great uses for it let me know. I have this on a 3 months recurring order.

Added to steel cut oats along with flax seeds. Delicious and crunchy.

It's next to impossible where I now live to find buckwheat, let alone organic. I wish this was the brown buckwheat that I used to get from Natural Grocers when I lived in Colorado because I preferred the flavor of that. However, toasting it helps with the flavor. During the winter I love to toast a mix of quinoa and buckwheat and make a hot cereal from the toasted seeds.

I have purchased it several times, it makes a great addition to muffins, tastes nutty, I replace some of the flour with this instead. They feel healthy.

It is my first time to try it. Not bad, I love the taste 10/10. I recommend it.
