Item in bad condition
Very disappointed about the condition the box is in. And we found that the bears inside were messed with as Pandas nose was off. I did find it in the box. For the amount of money I payed I am extremely disappointed

This would have been great
Arrived damaged. Didn’t know until we opened it last night. Looks like someone cut across the front of the box and one of the bears noses is missing. Incredibly disappointing

Not new like advertised
Box was damaged, previously opened, and bears were used and dirty.

I paid so much for This item.. there was no stain in the picture and ice bear has yucky yellow stain. I was So upset not happy at all. Took a while to ship and when I finally opened the box it was ruined! I contacted the seller and they gave me my money back no problem! Quick reply and amazing service!
