Tempur-Pedic Seat Cushion, Medium , Dark Navy Blue

I am a roadrunner through and through. Originally from TX, now living in ND, I make the 1,300 mile (one way) trip back 3 times a year minimum. In addition, we take two annual vacations, always by car as my husband is not fond of planes. When I became pregnant, car seats were suddenly UNBEARABLE. Even a trip to the store would leave my lower back and hips aching for hours. My problem-solving husband immediately purchased this highly rated cushion to try and alleviate my discomfort, as we had several major road trips lined up, none of them avoidable. From the moment I started using this cushion I never had an ache again. It’s extremely thick and sturdy, highly shock absorbent, and contorted perfectly. It has yet to lose the slightest bit of shape after 100+ hours of use between the both of us. The price seemed high before purchase, I didn’t understand what would make a seat cushion worth so much. After using it I can’t imagine ever needing to purchase another, it has yet to age in the slightest, so I consider it to be a valuable lifetime investment. In conclusion, if you’re looking for a seat cushion that will end your aches and never need replacement, look no further!

This is the third pad I have bought off Amazon. If you have sitting pain from sitting long hours ie work or gaming and get sitting pains this pad will really help with the pain. It's stiffer than most pads on here so if you want a really soft cushion this is not for you. This is for people who want to be able to sit comfortably for long periods.

Tempur pedic has always been a company with quality products, imo. I've had a couple of their matresses and they work quite well; until the memory foam eventually breaks down and sags. That's why I put 2 latex mattress toppers on my second one. Latex is more durable than memory foam and I wanted to try compressing the memory foam over some years to make it sag evenly. Right now, though, two latex matress toppers, one firm, one soft is incredibly comfortable on the memory foam bed. This seat cushion seems to be decent quality, though. The only thing is it's too small for anyone who is larger than average; which is a lot of people in the US today, whether by being muscular, fat or both. It's only 16' wide and too small for me. I haven't tried a latex seat cushion, but imo, if you want the ultimate solution for an office chair seat cushion, grab an upper back rest cushion from a junkyard and cut it to the size you need. That's what I've done and none of these cushions can compare because the seat cushions in a car are actually made for sitting comfort.

Having this cushion for a long haul flight was a game changer. Got some luggage straps to tie it to a roller suitcase, if only it had a handle or something to make it a bit easier to transport I would use it way more often.

For 25 years I've been using these Tempurpedic seat cushions for my office, car, and home. I have also urged others to buy this particular brand if they were looking for a seat cushion and that it was worth every penny. They were the best, and I've probably bought 4 or 5 over the years. However, in my opinion, the foam quality and comfort of this latest design has drastically changed for the worse. The edges are hard and hurt my legs--instead of sinking into comfort, I feel like I'm better off without the cushion at all. Had I not already cut the tag off of it and used it for a week or so, I would return it. I completely agree with a previous reviewer--the old, original, and uniformly flat cushion was GREAT, but not this one. Hope Tempurpedic will return to their original quality and style. Until then, I won't be buying another one.

I was worried it would be too firm after reading these reviews. I kept the plastic it to try it out for a day. Got tired of sliding on the plastic and decided to commit. It took a few days to get used to it. At one point my pain came back and I got frustrated. I took the cushion off and when I sat back down I felt like I was sitting on a wood chair and pain was significant worse. I realized my expectation that it would 100% resolve sitting pain was unrealistic. The pain reduction was worth it. I couldn’t put that cushion back fast enough. I find it to be the right amount of firmness for me. I just find it strange they label it as Medium size but don’t offer any other sizes. It’s not as wide as I’d like it to be, but it’s sufficient. (6 ft, 210lb)

I can tell by the feel that it is a good material and can be comfortable, but it's too small for a large frame person to really gain relief out of it. As with all small sized cushions the side will dig into your thighs and legs. My butt does kind of feel nice. Maybe if you were a child you could fully enjoy this size, but for something that costs almost $100 I'm really disappointed. For something that cost that much they could have at least made it full sized. Update: Gave it a bit more time. Yeah, too small length and width wise. Hurts like hell.

This cushion is a bit thicker than I initially expected, but that also means it provides ample cushioning for long periods of sitting down. Product is certified made in the USA. Cushion cover is removable and can be washed. For those considering a purchase, do make sure your chairs have adjustable seat heights, because the cushion will add about 2 inches to the seat height.

HOLY MOLY AN ACTUALLY FIRM PILLOW? WHO'DA THOUGHT SOMEONE WOULD INVENT SOMETHING USEFUL?! I've boughten countless pillows that claim to be hard only to be let down, and it's also tricky because everyone's frame of reference for what a supportive pillow is is different. I was having sciatica from my Herman Miller Aerons uncomfortable seat, this pillow is amazingly firm, BUT STILL A PILLOW. It has saved me from going out and getting an even pricier office chair. Go get it, don't buy something cheap, buy once.

El asiento es muy práctico porque lo puedes poner donde lo requieras, en el carro, silla de ruedas, o en alguna otra silla o banca, es cómodo y aparte de que el forro se quita y se puede lavar perfectamente.

Het kussen is oke maar had iets groter mogen zijn. Ik heb het gekocht voor mijn tante om in een relax zetel te leggen. Mijn tante is niet breed, weegt maar 58 kg en het kussen is maar nipt zo breed als haar heupen.
