Hard to find in retail stores now. Seems to be the same quality yarn I have used for years, soft, works up nicely. And arrived early! Very satisfied.

I purchased 3 skeins. My second skein had a 'rat's nest' in the center that was impossible to unravel so I ended up cutting it out; thereby losing a lot of yarn so I had to purchase a 4 skein. The end for a 'center-pull' was nowhere to be found on either end so rather than creating a potential rat's nest in this one, I chose to use the loose end on the outside. If you've worked with yarn, you know how much of a pain this is to do. The skein flip-flips and bounces around every time you pull the yarn as you're working on your project. I crocheted a baby blanket with this and it was very nice to work with. The yarn did not split at all; it's durable. I was afraid it wasn't soft enough. Then, I washed and tumble-dried the finished blanket, and it is now quite soft. It laundered very nicely. I placed the blanket in a large laundry bag to wash it on a delicate cycle and tumble-dried it on a delicate cycle as well.

Good yarn for any crochet project. Soft for babies.

I have made a few baby blankets with this yarn and I really like it! I consider this a heavy 3 weight and use a 5mm hook. So soft and a pleasure to crochet with.
