Really sturdy well made silverware
Little pricey, but worth it. Well made. Smooth finish, sturdy, no odd taste. The knife really cuts, fork ok, spoon is really shallow... no good for soup, but fine for oatmeal. Poplar wood from managed forest growing trees for everyday use. Wood is truly recyclable and conpostable. I will buy again for family events and business hospitality.

Great quality
5 stars simply bc there is nothing to complain about. Sturdy, no splintering, nice length prongs on the fork and decent enough depth on the spoon, knives were also extremely handy at cutting but not sharp enough to cause harm. Thick enough to use with ease. The wider grip was nicer than your average plastic utensil for better grip

Best eco friendly wood party, picnic table ware i have ever found. Spoons with actual cupped bowls!
Highly recommend! Spoons with bowls, knives that can cut bread buns and brats! Forks that fork. Out of bamboo! No more paddle “spoons” and useless knives. These ARE the one.

Shallow spoons
The forks are good. The knives are okay, the serrated edge makes it useful. The spoons have almost no scoop to them. I can use to stir or for yogurt but eating soup is pretty much impossible, better to drink it from a mug and use a fork if there's anything solid in it.

Good single-use utensils but wouldn't be wife approved
Our goal was to avoid creating more for the landfill and so we wanted something other than plastic. We have commercial composting so these were worth a try. So far, it's a mixed bag. They are compostable and are at least a decent size so not too small for adults to hold. But they are a bit smaller than plastic we have used. They are definitely single use. Pretty decent plastic utensils will easily make it through a real meal. If you have a knife, fork and spoon for your meal, one of these will not survive. The knives can cut well but dull quickly. The tines on the forks are not that sharp (the middle ones are squared off) so it also takes more to spear things and ultimately it will break. And the spoon is really more of a spatula so it just doesn't work well for liquids (think Italian ice spoon but larger). For basic home use and because they are compostable we are happy to use them. Needless to say, my wife would likely nix these if we were having adults over and they actually might need to really use them versus just be available if needed.

Very efficient
I love using the bamboo cutlery. Cuts down my dishwashing time. Even though it's compostable, I've not done that yet.

Great quality; plenty of compliments
With my son's birthday party being camping themed, I wanted silverware that works with the theme, but I really am trying to cut down on waste that ends up in landfills. We had an outdoor campfire at the party, but I wasn't going to be throwing plastic in the same fire everyone was also cooking on. So I found these and they seemed like the right solution. My initial worry was splinters or how they would cut, stab the food. They did just fine. They are smooth enough that there aren't any splinters (at least we didn't run into any problems with that). We were able to toss them into the campfire and not have to worry about toxic plastic or junk like that. My sister in law even asked where I got these because my 18 month old nephew loves them and he can use them without hurting himself on sharp plastic edges. I don't think I'll ever go back to plastic again. These are much better overall, not just for the environment, but they are just better quality!
