Tasty. Slightly salty but it is the taste of the herbs that I like. Makes a good broth and brew. I often have it before going to bed. I mix up a teaspoon of paste with cold water then add boiling water. Soothing drink before sleep. Currently buying through Subscribe and Save as at the moment I can't live without it.

Warming and delicious without that awful 'gameiness' you get with homemade bone broth. Plus, so easy to make. The Italian herb one is superb, very tasty and definitely I would purchase again

good but not a fan of the taste

As an IBS sufferer I've tried a number of bone broths only to find the taste makes me wretch. Due to the excessive price of bone broth I tried this as a last ditch and boy was I pleasantly surprised. It's so tasty that I have to stop myself wolfing down a whole jar at a time (If it was cheaper I would live off this stuff!) I have a tendency to throw a teaspoon of this in with a cup-a-soup for a very tasty meal substitute. As for the health benefits, well I'll be honest I'm sceptical on a lot of these things they tend to be way exaggerated for the benefit of profit by preying on those in need of natural solutions. What I do find though is that when I'm having a flare-up this tends to ease my stomach considerably and I feel I'm getting necessary nutrients that my gut can comfortably process. It hasn't magically healed my IBS and I'm under no impression that it is some miracle cure-all, but it certainly helps when I need it. The downside goes without saying, the prohibitive cost.

Seems great but too salty taste

Firstly, delivery was exceptional. I placed an order 10pm on Sunday night & it was delivered next day on Monday morning. Very well done to this company. Secondly, the packaging is so secure, so no spillage or breaking of glass. It has its own jacket. Well done again for the thought. As for the BROTH it is full of goodness & taste delicious. I was putting my own herbs in the plain one. No need to now. I prefer the larger bottle cos I’m drinking it every day. It is concentrated, so will last further. I have joined the Customer Loyalty Rewards Program. Such a very good idea, as this is definitely going to be a repeat purchase. If you by 5 you get the next one free. Brilliant. Tastes great. Probably my favourite out of all the flavours available. Second would be the tumeric & black pepper. Easy to prepare and tastes good.

I have ordered from this brand before without any issues. This time I decided or order the italian herbs version, and about 4 spoonfuls into the jar I noticed a gritty black substance on the left side of the jar. When I tell you the dread I felt whe I seen this. I have no idea what it is??? The fact it's only on one side of the jar and the rest of the broth is a normal brown colour. No where does it say on the jar that this is normal to look like. It does not look safe to eat :(

Rosemary is the predominant herbal flavor in this. There is a smoothness - almost creaminess - to the body of this when prepared exactly with the directions on the jar. The mouthfeel reminds me of a "Cream of Mushroom Cupa soup" which is very pleasing and filling. A lovely beef flavor is present. The lack of sugar in this, combined with the relatively low caloric levels of one serving make this very good for fasting and not provoking hunger or knocking one out of ketosis. I add more salt for flavor and electrolytes. Great product and surprisingly satisfying for the 100ml serving. Will likely purchase again.

A good amount for the price and is a nice base broth for many recipes including sautéed veggies! When mixed with whatever you are making, it is not an overpowering flavor so it is versatile! Just be careful to add salt after you have added the amount of broth you wanted and start off with a little bit of the broth and build little by little from there since it is concentrated and has good salt taste that goes a long way.

This made in Australia bone broth is really really good. You can tell this is quality stuff. Love it! The hint of Italian herbs is perfect, not too over-powering. Also love the paperboard canister it was shipped in. It ensured the glass jar arrived in one piece! (see picture) I'm planning on making my own bone broth in the future, but if I were to buy a bone broth, it would be this one, for sure. I wanted to add the bone broth that delivers collagen to our digestive system to help to support/rebuild my arthritic hands, feet and back. It seems to be working for me. I make a bowl of soup with it by adding a handful of frozen veggies of choice, with some shredded chicken and 3-5 frozen Chinese style dumplings! Yum! But note that there is no seasoning in the beef broth, so add whatever appeals to you before heating it up. I use salt, pepper, garlic, onion powder, and basil or thyme. Sometimes everything but the bagel that has sesame seeds in it too.
