The mop does a good job and is easy to assemble and use. The neck broke after 9 months but I contacted the seller and they replaced it straight away. So all in all, I'm a satisfied customer.

I love this mop, cleans the floor really well, but the mop head seems to snap off. I ordered one and within a short space of time it snapped and the seller replaced it (so 5 stars for that) but a short while after the second mop snapped. I didn't bother attempting to return the second one and decided to order a 3rd, as I missed having it as its such a great mop! I have been really careful with this one, making sure I wasn't applying too much pressure, I was careful with storing it (as I thought this must be me) but again after 10 weeks of using it, same problem. Expensive mop, great when it works but lasts about 3 months effectively £10 a month for the luxury of using it before you have to replace!

Easy to use once set up and great for mopping large areas of floor. Dries much faster than a normal mop, which was the best feature for me. Was a little difficult to assemble with the parts being a bit stiff to put together. Only 4 parts tho so not to much bother. Does leak very slightly but maybe something im doing. Not enough to stop me buying again should i ever need to and like the idea of spare head for when one is in the wash

Hands down, this is the best mop I have ever owned - I have four dogs that bring my swamp of a garden through my house, and as one has feet the size of soup bowls I struggle to get and keep the floor clean - as i'd been without a mop for a couple of weeks it was absolutely bogging, but this mop BREEZED through mud, slobber, and gawd knows what else. It takes two minutes to clean my kitchen floor, and then I can breeze through into the living room and have that done in two as well - the large bottle means you're not refilling constantly and the mop heads themselves just pick EVERYTHING up. Don't know how I ever managed without it, and will be buying some additional mop pads - just chuck em in the washing machine and on you go. Oh yeah - they're fab for sweeping up bucketloads of flipping dog hair too... BEST MOP EVER!!

The product is easy to use and quite effective at cleaning hard floors. The only issue I have is that the refill bottle can easily leak during storage so you may wish to decant the remaining fluid back into another bottle. I quite like using method floor cleaner with this product. Update as of 6 months later: The plastic connecter between mop head and mop handle has sheered. Not sure how as it was not subject to any excessive force. Plastic seems very brittle.

Love this mop, can fill it with my own eco cleaning liquids and wash and reuse the pads, win win!! Problem…….. I have been using it for 2 months and it has just fallen apart; the bottle and handle have fallen off the base. As I am past my date of return I am hoping to have to help with this matter following my review.

Where to start. Delivery: amazon left it on my doorstep without knocking, no packaging (just boxed with a clear pic of what it was (separate issue but still). Assembly: the parts are made so that they *only just* go together. Mine didn't go together. Husband had to hammer the two parts together. And before anyone assumes I wasn't doing it right, I followed the instructions to the tee. I was gentle at first, tmtried twisting and turning the parts together, then pushing, then ramming... No luck. Literally had to crack open the toolvqg to get this thing together. The mechanism works in a way that each part of the three part system needs to be perfectly aligned for it to work. Otherwise the inner mechanism to activate the squirty thing doesn't work. The handle you squeeze will just go slack. Even though I have now put the mop together, the handle goes slack all the time so I'm constantly readjusting the poles, and have actually had to gaffs tape the parts together so the squirting mechanism works. Use: when the squirty bit works, it's okay. Not great. It doesn't distribute a lot of product (expect to have to squeeze 3 or 4 times for enough liquid). The microfibre cloth head doesn't really pick up much. However I do like the fact you can take it off to wash it. The mop head itself is incredibly weak, I am always worried it will snap if I put any kind of pressure on the mop when in use. It has a swivel head which is only attached by a small plastic part which doesn't look sturdy. The pole handle... Well, read my above comments lol. The squeeze trigger, again, not great. Goes slack all the time so I have to manually tighten the pole handle constantly. Overall pros: lightweight, comes with a spare head, the heads can come off and go in the wash, 700ml bottle Overall cons: did NOT go together well, feels poor quality and I expect it to break very soon, the squeeze handle goes slack/doesn't work well, have to squeeze 3 or 4 times to get enough liquid out to mop properly, the swivel head feels weak, water bottle is hard to remove. My advice? DO NOT BUY. I was swayed by all the positive reviews. I suspect these are fake reviews.

I usually use a steam mop but getting that out every single meal time with my baby (it’s a messy process!!) was so frustrating. I also found it wouldn’t clean as nicely as when I used floor cleaner. I didn’t want a mop that had wipes and wanted something more eco friendly when it came to usage. I chose Method floor cleaner in the bottle and it works a treat. Really easy and I control how much you want to wet the floor. My bottle leaked and I contacted the seller. They sent out a replacement immediately and it arrived the following day - works perfectly. Great product and great service.

Perfekt für meinen Haushalt. Habe ein schmales, aber hohes Haus,d.h. viele Treppen und 4 Etagen. Vorallem habe ich sehr empfindliche Echtholzböden in den oberen Stockwerken. Daher ist der Vorfreude Wischer für mich optimal da 1. Kein Eimer geschleppt werden muss und 2. Der Sprühnebel perfekt für den Boden ist und 3. Keine Wasserpfützen entstehen und der Boden nicht aufquellen kann. Die Mikrofasertücher nehmen sehr viel Staub und Dreck auf, sowahl trocken als auch nass. Für mich die perfekte Lösung.

Nach einem knappen Jahr ist die Stange gebrochen. Der Händler wirbt mit lebenslanger Garantie. Bereits die 3. Nachricht an den Kundenservice bleibt außer einer Standardantwort ohne Lösung. Irgendwie nicht seriös.

Auf den ersten Blick scheint die Qualität nicht die beste zu sein. Der Zusammenbau gestaltete sich ebenfalls etwas schwieriger, da die Verbindung der beiden Stielteile leicht beschädigt war. Zusätzlich ist der Griff bereits beschädigt geliefert worden (siehe Foto), sodass davon auszugehen ist, dass es sich um keine Neuware handelt. Update: Ich habe mich auch mit dem Verkäufer in Verbindung gesetzt und mir wurde direkt Ersatz zugesagt. Bin nun voller Erwartung auf das neue Paket - der Bodenwischer ist definitiv eine Erleichterung und ich werde jetzt häufiger nass wischen.

Ich habe den Bodenwischer mit Zerstäuber für meine Nachbarin bestellt und ist sehr zu frieden, denn es ist für sie eine pure Erleichterung, kein bücken mehr was immer schwer viel. Falls doch mal ein Problem aufgetreten würde ist ja lebenslange Garantie drauf, was man hofft diese auch gewährt zu bekommen.

Aggiornamento: Dopo mesi di utilizzo il prodotto si è inevitabilmente rotto... Spinta dalla curiosità GRAZIA A VITA, contatto il venditore che però non ha ne inviato il prodotto sostitutivo ne il rimborso, scrive e mi risponde temporeggiando e basta. Peccato, perché ho scelto questo prodotto proprio per l'ipotetica garanzia a vita che invece, non c'è. Quindi tanto vale sceglie un altro prodotto che magari costa anche meno... . . . Il prodotto arriva a casa nuovo e l'etichetta di spedizione è applicata semplicemente alla scatola, quindi non è proprio ben protetto. Comunque, all'apertura troviamo il nostro mop lava pavimenti smontato in 4 pezzi: l'assemblaggio è semplice ed intuitivo non avrete difficoltà. Appena spingerete la manopola, partirà un mini getto di acqua, perché il prodotto è stato testato pensa di essere inviato e venduto. Trovate inoltre 2 panni in microfibra grigio e verde nel mio caso, in tinta con il manico che lavano benissimo e fanno asciugare ancora prima il pavimento. Il dispenser ad incastro contiene 700 ml di acqua e io ho fatto tranquillamente sala, cucina, veranda, 2 camere ed il bagno! 180 metri di superficie... Per riempirlo bisogna toglierlo con decisione e svitare il tappo: aggiungere acqua ed il nostro sapone preferito. Avvitare di nuovo la bocchetta e premere fino all'incastro che farà click. La scopa lava pavimenti lavora meglio sulle piastrelle, scorre più fluido. Sul parquet non trattato abbiamo bisogno di più spruzzi e una maggior pressione ma funziona comunque bene! Sul parquet lucido invece scorre ugualmente bene come per le mattonelle. Il prodotto comunque è davvero utile. Oltretutto è semplice ed anche divertente da utilizzare! Soprattutto... VELOCE!! Io lo trovo eccezionale. Per pulire tutti i giorni si fa davvero la metà della fatica che di solito facciamo con struscino e straccio. Prima passate l'aspirapolvere e poi lo spray mop e la casa splende. Ovviamente se avete una casa già pulita di base questo è eccellente, fa bene anche gli angoli ed i bordi degli zoccoletti perché il panno è un pochino più grande della plastica che lo ferma, io ho 3 gatti in casa e ogni giorno passo aspirapolvere e lavo.... E questo mi risparmia davvero un sacco di fatica!! Ma comunque non buttate completamente straccio e secchio...non si sa mai. Altra cosa importante da non sottovalutare, io sono alta 1.85 e con questo manico mi trovo bene! È molto lungo, fosse stato qualche centimetro in più sarebbe stato meglio ma si sa che noi alti purtroppo dobbiamo sempre un po' soffrire con la schiena 😂😢 Unica pecca il manicocon cui andiamo a spruzzare e tenere: non è proprio ergonomico... E mi è venuta una piccola vescica con lo sfregamento. Se fosse stato magari ricoperto di tessuto morbido sarebbe stato meglio. Inoltre lo spruzzino ogni tanto perde qualche goccia, ma poca roba, quindi non posso tenere il serbatoio pieno. Poco male comunque, lo svuoto o lo riempio in base alla necessità del momento. O all'occorrenza, lo lascio svitato sotto il lavandino, tanto è a chiusura ermetica. ❗❗Attenzione a far combaciare bene la guarnizione del tappo quando andiamo a chiudere il serbatoio, altrimenti l'uscita di acqua a cascata è assicurata! Altra cosa che mi è piaciuta, la GARANZIA A VITA! Se il prodotto ha qualche problema o difetto, il venditore provvede alla sostituzione. C'è un piccolo opuscolo con le varie email da contattare in caso di problemi. Io sono davvero soddisfatta dell'acquisto, pulisco casa ogni giorno velocemente e con meno fatica! Per le pulizie quotidiane è stra consigliato!
