Pagoda Vermicelli Bean Threads - Pack of 8

The quality is very good. I love the texture when cooked and it's exactly what I have been looking for. Perfect size of packaging for a small family like mine and it's really easy to prepare. I cooked mine in just few minutes and it's done. I would really like to recommend this especially to those who love noodles.

Good for the price

These vermicelli noodles ordered online cost me three times more than what I pay at the Asian store. The key to cooking it without clumping: soak the content of the package in a bowl of room temperature-water until the noodles are just soft enough. Drain all the water out. Using kitchen shears, clip the noodles two or three times to shorten the length and make the cooking easier. Then the MOST IMPORTANT THING: toss the uncooked noodles with three tablespoons of vegetable oil (I use olive oil). Then begin the cooking: heat oil in a skillet, add crushed ginger, garlic, crab meat, carrots julienne, sliced soaked shitake mushrooms, the vermicelli bean thread noodles, oyster sauce, green onion, toss till noodles soften. Enjoy!

Just the right size, these are really small packs, not like the large bulk packs, that are very cumbersome and not easy to work with, just the right portions to be used at home and not in a restaurant situation and no waste
