Nicely packaged, and even came with a little roller... The locknut came undone when using it but this was bound to happen because of the motions, but it just screws back ok and they are nicely made and quality. They also blend in nicely with the wooden floor. Thank you.

Second time of purchase as my staircase needs re painted! Yes they work, best with bare feet when walking upstairs,as socks & shoes catch. I find myself kicking shoes and slippers off halfway up the stairs. If you don't stick them down properly dirt will get underneath, I put them on the stairs when the paint is slightly damp so there is a seal around the outside to prevent this. Theyre not easy to clean, I recommend using an old toothbrush as cloths etc get caught up on the small grips

Although the treads serve the purpose they are definitely not transparent. They look quite ugly. Our stairs are a dark brown they may be ok on lighter stairs also the small roller that is supplied with the treads isn’t very strong.

Ordered this after my grandad had a fall down his wooden stairs. The roller that comes with them to apply is a bit flimsy, the bolt kept coming off the end so I used a rolling pin 😂after that it was a breeze to apply them. As far as the grip, my grandad has said they make him feel much safer using his stairs and he feels more sure footed while climbing up and down them so did the job
