Product works just as expected. Flow rate is good. Installation was fairly simple other than reaching behind the sink to install the filter faucet. I experienced no leaks but I did use plumbers tape on all the connections. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Makes my water taste so much better but I have to say its not Poland Spring.

I need these 2-step filters for the drinking fountain attached to my kitchen sink. These for my system perfectly as expected and are easy enough to install (the hardest part is that the area under my sink is hard to reach). They seem to last a long time (4-6 months), just as long as my refrigerator water filter. They seem to do the job well and the water tastes good, after the initial rinse through. This 2 pack is the best value I've been able to find.

We love our filtered water! We quit buying bottled water when we installed the water spicket that these filters go with. We change them out about every 6 months. They are worth the money to always have filtered water without needing to go to the store. Helpful tip- fill mason jars with the filtered water to always have refreshing, cold water on hand. I don't notice any taste or smell to our filtered water, which is really good because our city regularly has issues with tap water being smelly and discolored when the lake turns. They are easy to install- just take out the old ones, replace the battery- yes, it comes with the replacement battery- and then place the new ones in and you are ready to go. You should run the water for a few minutes before drinking the water to make sure any carbon dust is gone- that does give it a weird taste in the beginning. If you notice the water starts tasting like the lake or whatever your source of water is, then it's time to change them again, although the beep from the device should alert you first to change them out.

The system it self is excellent and changing it when necessary is simple enough...... there is a tray which holds a lithium battery and I accidentally broke it.... I inquired through chat and asked if the replacement for the filter came with a tray...I was told yes, but it wasn't included... I called the company and was told the battery holder isn't for sale as an accessory, and it wasn't necessary for the filter to work..... I took his advice and the system works really well... tray or not. Just don't break the tray:-)

I have just finished installing my unit this morning and cannot yet attest to its longevity, but I can say it looks nice and was relatively simple to install. IMPORTANTLY for anyone considering this product but concerned about reviews mentioning leaks upon installation, I want to suggest everyone to spend a few more dollars on some plumber’s thread tape. This is a thin plastic, not truly a tape as it has no adhesive, but will attach to itself. You wrap it around the threading 2-3 times at each connection point and this should prevent any leaks. When I first installed the unit, I had leaks from the brass t-connector as well as the connection from the white pipe to the faucet, but once I added this tape there were no more leaks. Save yourself a headache and just get the plumbers tape and use it from the start. I bought this tape years ago to replace my shower valves and it has proven useful numerous times. Bought mine from Home Depot. Another note: my product came with only one white tube, though the instructions listed two. Mine was long enough to simply cut in half to use for both ends of the filter. Just be sure to use a sharp knife, scissors or snips to cut and avoid over-crimping the tube. I used the cut ends for inserting into the filter and it works just fine.

I’m very satisfied with these replacement filters. The installation is quick and easy, no plumber needed. The water tastes clean and fresh, and the chlorine smell is gone. I also like that the filters are certified to remove many harmful contaminants. The only downside is that the lifespan can vary depending on water quality. For me, they last around 5–6 months, but I’ve seen others mention shorter use. It’s best to keep an eye on water flow and taste. Overall, these filters are reliable, easy to replace, and provide excellent water quality. 👍
