This product is a game-changer for managing overhead water tank refills and overflow control. The automatic refill and overflow control system works flawlessly, with no delays in auto shut-off or auto on functionality—top-notch performance all around. I especially appreciate the intuitive, easy-to-follow, picture-guided wiring instructions, which made installation a breeze. The quality of both the main controller and the float switch is excellent, and the individual ON/OFF switch for manual operation adds a huge advantage, particularly for elderly family members, as opposed to products with a single switch for multiple functions. For added peace of mind, I used a 3-core extension cable from the float switch to the main controller panel, protecting it from sunlight, water, and potential animal interference. After one week of seamless use, I can confidently say this is a high-quality, user-friendly solution for water tank management, offering both convenience and reliability. Highly recommended!

Good product

Working well so far, good quality of sensors, little tricky to adjust sensors at water level but once set up then all good.

The Imagine sensor system and associated service is very bad. For installation, no clear instruction are given. On repeated requests also, they could not arrange help though I was willing to pay for their technician visit. The overhead tank would keep overflowing and the sensor would not stop the pump. Finally it was installed in July, after additional expenses on repeated visits of local electriciasn in New Bombay. Local electricians said they are not conversant with Imagine technology. Within less than one month after installation, the controller part began giving smoke. My repeated requests to Imagin failed to get a solution. They suggested to send the system to Ahmedabad for repair/ replacement. Third time when I tried to run the pump in manual mode, the controlled started to show fire and got completely burnt causing other damages due to fire. Thanfully I stopped the fire. Now Imagin wants an invoice which I have requested Amazon to provide. It is best to purchase from a more known company with service network. Imagin have zero service. They leave you completely helpless.
