Not bad for the price
I have two children who are very rough on these tablets and here is what I have learned about this brand. We have ordered three of these tablets now. One we replaced after child stepped on it and cracked the screen. The other was replaced when another child jammed something into the battery charger and broke it. In both cases I tried to go to a repair shop and found out the brand is not a popular one so purchasing parts and paying for repairs is actually more expensive that buying a new one. Pros- these are durable despite my kids breaking them as it took a lot to break. They work well for google classroom and many other apps. They are a lot less expensive than most other tablets with similar speed and functionality. Cons- when they do break it is not easy or cheap to have them repaired. The XD card slot sucks. Its nearly impossible to get the card to seat right and is always coming unmounted. The XD slot design is my biggest complaint about these tablets. Summary, if you aren't going to be swapping or using a lot of external memory and you dont want to have to be concerned with kids breaking a $300 iPad, this tablet is the way to go. They will take a beating but you have to accept the fact that if it breaks, you probably replacing rather than repairing.

Crashes and won't charge/turn on
First thing I notice booting up for the first time is that it booted into safe mode which 3 options. Fast Boot, Normal boot, etc. None of the buttons worked and I was stuck on this screen till I found a Pin and inserted it into the 'Reset' button. It then booted up properly and went thru the setup screen. I setup the tablet and it was slow (get what you pay for I guess). Downloaded YouTube app and it crashed multiple times and slow to load but worked fine after the 5th crash. I then tried to charge the batter the whole day and it didn't charge. I thought maybe its because I didn't push the cable all the way in and conintued to use it till it died. Okay, figured it was out of battery so I charged it with it's factory cable, but it never turned back on. I used other known good charger and the tablet still didn't turn on. Tried holding down the power button along with Volume - + but that didn't work either (nor the reset button). Tried the factory charger on my S8 phone and it charged fine. So not sure if I just got a bad one - but I returned it.

Data Plans
I am extremely disappointed that this tablet is not compatible with adding to my Sprint account. I want the data plan for my tablet for when I travel, I have access to my tablet at all times. The IMEI numbers are not valid upon trying to add my tablet. I have spent money on a sim card and it is no value what so ever. I will have to purchase another plan just for the tablet. I like the tablet however, it is useless if I don't have access.

Better than the last table/phone I purchased....
I brought this tablet/phone combo to replace my last one which was by Zonko. Because I dropped it and the screen cracked very bad. I loved the Zonko tablet/phone but the speaker volume was too low. So, I read the reviews on this one and decided to give it a try. This one is exactly like the Zonko tablet/phone. It has 2 sim card slots and a memory card slot. I have AT&T prepaid services and it works great with it. I mainly use this tablet/phone as a personal phone and to take door dash orders. I programmed the phone to work in my car via bluetooth so I can make calls hand free while driving and I love it. I love this tablet/phone. When talking on the phone in the house the speaker volume is better than the Zonko. The videos and pictures are great too. I really don't have any complaints except the charging cord is not long enough but I love this purchase...

Perfectly fine for price
This tablet does not have the fit-and-finish of more expensive tablets, but hey, IT COST $90!! I got a sim from AT&T so I could use the data pool from my regular account. The sim fit was a little tight, but it works just fine. If you want the performance of a $300 tablet, buy a $300 tablet. If you are looking to read email, browse the web, and if your plan supports it, make calls, this tablet is perfectly fine. And hey, IT COST $90!

Very poor sim card slot
Has a nice touch screen, pleasant size. Reasonably good quality video display. However, the SIM card slot is cheap, cheap, cheap. The instructions say to "Push the SIM card slot cover..." to open. Did that and ended up snapping off three very tiny plastic latches. Now I have to use masking tape to keep the SIM card slot cover on. Instructions should have said, "Pry up the SIM card slot cover..." Even then good chance the three teeny, tiny little plastic catches will snap or break. Very cheap SIM card slot design. Secondly, putting a microSDXC SIM card in this thing requires EXTREME precision. No way a kid could do it. And getting the micro SIM card back out requires a knife as pry bar and another very, very delicate touch. For the price, not bad, but just be aware of the SIM card poor design if you buy this product. Used product for about 2 weeks now. SIM card no longer works. Put it in, took it out, put it in, took it out. Tablet refuses to acknowledge the SIM card anymore. Tablet is very nice in most respects, but SIM card slot is just plain junk.
