Arrived early. Easy to put together. Handles can be adjusted so it's comfortable on arms Nd back. Sturdy frame but basket only thin nylon material. But it managed to carry quite alot Inc spuds Nd chicken Nd rest of Sunday dinner ingredients.also put bag for life full of shopping on one of handles. Was still easy to push Nd go up Nd down kerbs. Breaks where stiff at first but only took a few goes Nd they got easier. Steers well. Oh! Can buy replacement basket from the site/shop Nd not expensive. Easy to fold Nd unfold after a few times. Was just stiff coz new. zipped pocket on underside of seat is handy for phone,carry bags,keys etc. It's a lot better than my walking stick. Easier on elbows,knees Nd back As well as helps shopping (soooo much easier 😊) Nd I have somewhere clean Nd comfortable to sit if in a queue or tired/faint/low BP . Price was good to. PERFECT!

This is my first walker, so i have no experience to compare. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis in my knees. I can walk without a stick for short walks but I cannot manage my stick and carry shopping due to pain in my neck and shoulders. It was easy to assemble and looks very smart. The adjustable handles means that you can find the exact position that suits you. The hand grips have a palm rest which I found very comfortable. It is a bit difficult to steer on rough surfaces as front wheels tend to skew but expect would be the same for any walker and the poor condition of footpaths! On my first outing I nearly came a cropper as walker stopped suddenly on uneven path. Its impossible to tilt at a curb that hasn't been dropped and you have to physically lift it. A bit difficult if loaded with shopping. Again I suspect would be the same for all walkers by nature of the design. I haven't got the brake to be effective. I can apply the brake but I live at the bottom of a hill and even with it fully applied I can still push forward. I haven't been able to get brake to lock. When my son is allowed to visit I will get him to look at it. Some of the other walkers I compared said they were VAT exempt and came with necessary paperwork to reclaim. Well this comes with nothing. No invoice, no mention of VAT even in the handbook.

Had a mini stroke and now use this all the time, it was great value for money and for something you use all the time it’s robust . Would highly recommend.

Easy to assemble. Nice and light. Brakes arent great unless you brake all at the same time. Wheels are ok for short distance and for indoors not for rough pavements. Overall a very nice rollator.

Took a while to write this review but this is to see how it was over a well used period for my disabled mother. There are no complaints at all very good quality strong and sturdy brake and holding brakes are good seat she says is soft enough and very happy with it

Love this frame, good quality however the brakes are so so stiff both ways, literally unbearable, the handles are also quite hard on the hands but looking to cover those with something. Not suitable for outdoors in my opinion, gets caught on pavement and the vibration in the arms is too much. Will seek another brand next time.
