I bought this dispenser for an event where we were serving hot chocolate and because of how much liquid the carafe could hold. WOW, this was great and kept the cocoa super hot throughout the evening. I’m not sure why it is advertised as keeping product cold or hot for 24 hours, but I cannot think of any situation for home use or entertainment where this is necessary. Even in a commercial application I can’t think of any reason the hot coffee, tea, or anything else would be there that long for it to make a difference for advertising purposes. For practical use in the home, this is an amazing dispenser. Even for picnics, tailgating or other outdoor applications I am sure it would more than satisfy its intended purpose. I do recommend this thermal dispenser for everyday use. It works!!!

I manage a hotel and we got these for our breakfast coffee. They are working excellent under heavy daily use. Best of all they keep the coffee hot for hours! We'll buy again.

I bought this last minute for a party. I got a few dollars off the price, so I picked this one over the other choices. It was delivered on time. I had to drive to the party and it leaned over in the seat and didn't leak. It held a batch of hot spiced punch very steamy hot for 4 hours and drinkably hot for at least 2 more. The stainless outside stayed cool to the touch. It seemed sturdy and the lever held up. I like the little tag and stickers that were included. Comes with a brush to clean inside. Only downside is rinsing it out. It's hard to get completely empty. I had been unsure of this airpot but I was impressed by the end of the night. It was a good purchase.

I really like this dispenser. It holds a lot of liquid and keeps hot beverages for quite some time. My only issue is possibly a design flaw in that, it fell over in my car when filled with hot coffee, and half of it leaked out from the top. So it isn't a "thermos" in that it is tightly sealed. My take-away, is that I need to better "support" it when traveling. Outside of that, it definitely "hits the mark".

We used this as a secondary thermal dispenser for our kid's 7th grade party this week. It did everything you could ask it for. Only con - which is a con on every single one of the items like this and i'm not taking any stars off - is cleaning these is a bit hard. You really have to deep clean it after use.

I can’t believe how well this works! We filled it with coffee for a tailgate on a chilly day, went to the game, came back and the coffee was piping hot. It also got thrown around in the back of the truck and not a leak to be found. Easy to refill and clean. My mom was saying it’s better than an $80 model she has.

Here is a clear, firm, and professional version of your feedback: I purchased a new airport coffee dispenser and did not open it immediately. When we eventually opened it to use, we discovered that the dispenser was not functioning at all. Unfortunately, by that time the 30-day return window had already passed, leaving us with no option but to discard it. This was very disappointing, and based on this experience, I would not recommend this product to others.

I work from home alot, and i fill this up in the morning and use it throughout the day. By 8pm at night (12 hours later) the water inside of it is still warm enough to make a brew with (providing you drink it straight away) and could still actually be warm enough to wash to hands with 24 hours later....it really is good. The pump on it is so easy too, one single push and hold will fill a standard mug without the need to keep pushing like some I've used in the past.

Using it for about few months Week 1 held up the hot for 8-10hrs. Since then has deteriorated, holding for 2 hrs only now. How to claim warranty
