I'd been looking for a selfie-pod as I like to call it for some time. This was an amazing product. It's made of aluminium and has attachments for a phone or go-pro. Your phone can be as wide as 4.13 inch. You screw the phone holder tight after placing your phone so you don't have to worry about the spring grip getting damaged. All in all a very sturdy and strong product. Naturally the longer you extend the tripod the less sturdy it'll get but it wasn't wobbly at all. The legs are aluminium as well and wide. Very light weight so youcan carry it around easily. And won't add too much weight to your luggage. It's the perfect combo of selfie stick meets tripod. The remote is rechargeable and goes into sleep mode after 2 min so even if you forget to turn it off. .that's taken care of. I would buy this again! If I have any hiccups, I'll update my review.

I bought this to easily be able to port a tripod to church and back (to Facebook live broadcast the sermons from my cell phone) in my regular-use oversized purse without having to carry a completely separate tripod bag. While the low, triangular base looks unstable with the cell phone alone at top, it does well for the purpose I bought it for--and, to boot, it does not take up as large of a real estate footprint given the base is low instead of starting at the camera mount. This is a plus with limited space between congregation pews. $20 great price! And, great product for no-fuss, easy, quick grab-n-go, hands free, cell phone video chats/record--though can be top-heavy and easy to tip over if user's not paying attention. Dimensions: --Tripod only: extendable body (not legs)14.5"* - 50" height (per mfr.) (my unit measured 13.5", & bonus is that cell holder can even achieve lower 12.5" if desired) ONLY in increments of 14.5", 24.5", 34.1", 43.5" & 52.2" (as twist-lock extension pole design) -- Cell: 2" - 4" wide opening* [* 2.25"min/4.25"max width if cram device/item through non-arm side of holder), but can take any height (as only 2 side bar arms--not 4-way like tablet holder). ++ That being said, technically, if one could find an after-market bolt that fits (say from a hardware store), the arms could be as wide as the bolt--though the problem would become how top-heavy (hence) unstable the tripod would be depending on weight of device/item holding.] The single ("selfie") pole extension to get it to/from the 52" max height is WAY quicker than the leg-extension tripods (segments per leg to manually extend--though they give control of any increment height). BUT this design it not as stable as those tripod designs either. This model is top heavy. GREAT height (not fully extended) set on a table/desk to easily video chat with someone hands free while sitting down. I purchased this tripod for the express purpose of scanning book pages. In order to get the phone parallel to the pages you have to make many adjustments, and none of them are perfect for my purposes. The tripod is sturdy even in its highest position. It seems well-made, and the remote functions properly.

I use this tripod for my smartphone which is a OnePlus, very large format, and it easily fits. For the price of less than $20 you get metal legs, a sturdy triangular section to hold the legs at the right angle, leg clips that are super easy to use and sturdy. Everything fits in the small bag and that fits in my tennis bag with my rackets. Some reviews mention a loose screw that you cannot tighten. That is nonsense. I think they are talking about the screw that locks in your camera mount. It has a thumbscrew to easily tighten that if you move the clip to release the head mount (sounds complicated, but it is not). Less than one minute and you are up and using it. In summary, I am really happy with the price paid and quality of the tripod if you are using a smartphone. I did not try it with a large camera and long lens.

I bought these to hold my phone so I take videos of my music lessons. Not only did they solve that problem , but I soon found out that this versatile stick would become a fixture in many ways I utilized my phone. I now use it with a blue tooth headset when having video calls with friend and family. I even use it for Zoom work sessions. And with the remote control I can easily take selfies from as far away as I like. I also use it as phone holder at my desk while I using two hands on the computer < and with my Google assistant, can make calls, get the weather, send text messages, make video calls, phones, you name it! All while never taking my hands off of the computer! . Its, rugged, versatile, looks great, is light as a feather, and performs better than expected. Who knew I use this "stick" for more than just taking the occasional selfie. It's become and indispensable tool I can't live without! Buy this stick!
