Helpful for relaxation

The flavor is subtle and non bitter making it easy to drink I have noticed an improvement in my sleep quality since switching to this tea

Good quality but not whole flowers as expected – 3★
The hibiscus tea quality is decent and tastes fine, but I was expecting whole dried flowers as shown/described. Instead, the package contains very small flower petals and broken pieces. This makes it slightly inconvenient to use and not what I expected. Packaging and delivery were fine, but the product description should be clearer. Overall okay, but could be better. ⭐⭐⭐

I didn't like the taste.. tasted like kadha but yes I slept like a baby after drinking it. Overall it's a good product.
