Collagen is great to slow down aging process & strengthen bones - and this makes it a great product for parents and also for folks above 35 years age. I think this is the best Collagen product available in India as it's very high quality and you feel the goodness difference if you have tried some other local brand. Will be ordering another flavour soon.
