I like Sports Research products because I feel like I am receiving quality products that I can trust. I have been buying products from them for years and I have purchased several different types of products from them and have always been satisfied with the products and their quality and performance. I have purchased collagen powder, met oil, blueberry capsules, tart cherry capsules, and these garlic oil capsules. This is a brand that I trust because they are plant based, natural products and these are the only garlic capsules that I could find that are made with extra virgin olive oil, which is also organic. Most garlic oil capsules are made with cheap, unhealthy soybean oil. These garlic capsules also have the added benefit of parsley and chlorophyll without having the additional expense and have to take more supplements. Garlic is extremely beneficial to the body in a variety of ways including natural antibiotic properties. It’s beneficial for blood pressure, cholesterol, and heart disease, all of which I have issues with, and also combats sickness which is a must these days. I’ve also discovered that it is also beneficial for inflammation and I am looking forward to this benefit as I also have fibromyalgia. Chlorophyll is extremely beneficial to the body including purifying qualities and detoxification of the blood, building the blood, oxygenating the blood, strengthening the immune system and alkalizing the body. This garlic oil supplement with parsley and chlorophyll, from a company that I have grown to trust, has a very long list of major health benefits in one small capsule at a very fair price. In my opinion that’s a no brainer.

I was initially taking these in the evening and o noticed I couldn’t sleep because I was so wired. So I started taking them in the morning which has helped me cut the caffeine days! Not sure what it’s doing otherwise, but I love the quality, the ingredients and them being extremely easy to swallow! UPDATE 4/5: Although these pills are giving me great energy & may be helping with other things. I have discovered that at least an hour after taking these the smell of urine seeps from my skin. I tested this for 2 days after removing my other 2 vitamins & it happened like clockwork. It may not happen to you, but it did to me, so unfortunately I am returning these. :(

Developed a rare case of tonsillitis. Remembered reading somewhere combining garlic, clove and Vitamin C will boost immunity to fight infection. Took 1000mg of C every hour, plus the clove and garlic twice daily. In about four days my tonsils had shrunk back to normal size and the white clumps were nearly gone. I took this regime for about ten days total. NOT MEDICAL ADVICE. Quality products are key!
