Raises high Blood pressure,dixiness,light head , vertigo, The herb udumbar and gudmar are most harmful causing these side effects.

Good option for pre-diabetes
Like other Ayurvedic medicines for diabetes, this one too is good for pre-diabetes (blood sugar around 150-175 levels). It cannot control very high blood sugar levels (unfortunately one has to rely on Allopathic tablets or Insulin injections if suffering from high blood sugar levels).
