Hario V60 Drip Coffee Decanter, 700ml

The Hario V60 Glass Decanter is a beautiful and well-designed piece of coffee gear. The glass is sturdy and heat-resistant, and the silicone band gives a secure grip while pouring. It works perfectly with standard V60 filters and allows for great control over the brewing process. Cleaning is easy, and the minimalist design looks great on the counter. My only small gripe is that the glass feels a bit thin, so it requires careful handling, and it doesn’t retain heat for very long. Still, it’s an excellent choice for pour-over enthusiasts who value both function and aesthetics.

Waited like 3 weeks for this to get delivered from a seller called ‘Japan one’ I think. Came properly via DTDC. And if you’re a fan of the v60, this is the ultimate one. I like it. I’ll recommend it, just like my coffee guru Hoffman did. It’s handy, doesn’t need a lot of pre heating and looks beautiful. If I’m nitpicking, however, this one has no way to cover up the top once the coffee is brewed. I lid would’ve been great but hey the world isn’t perfect.

Good packaging, Genuine product, though plastic body of v60 , no need to preheat too much, glass decanter looks, feels wow and easy to clean. Tried out James Hoffman's 1 cup and Lance Hendricks one. Definately a notch above french press.

Love this decanter, my wife reckons its the best luxurious coffee experience you can get. Its ritualistic in its use! Definitely looks as pretty as advertised and coupled with James Hoffman's V60 Technique, I think it makes the best pour-over anyone can enjoy. Highly recommend using this to take your coffee experience to the next level!

Lekker simpel en van goede kwaliteit, zeker voor deze prijs. In het begin even juiste verhouding zoeken, wat in de handleiding aangegeven staat vond ik te sterk. Heb de dripper nu ruim 1 jaar, gebruik het bijna dagelijks en ben er nog steeds heel blij mee.

Ayant eu plusieurs équipement Hario, je trouve que ce dripper est le meilleur rapport qualité-prix et le plus simple et pratique à utiliser & stocker. Une valeur sûre. Le goutteur est en plastique, donc léger, facile à manipuler, pratiquement incassable, ne nécessite pas de préchauffage contrairement au céramique. La carafe est en verre suffisamment épais, donc c'est assez solide. Elle est plus grande que sa capacité, ce qui à l'usage est en fait assez pratique (même si ce sont des détails) : on peut facilement tapoter sur la partie haute pour bien répartir le café, et elle est également très facile à laver car la forme est simple et ample. Après, le goutteur en plastique est peut-être pas ce qu'il y a de plus esthétique, même si c'est très pratique. Et le café refroidit assez vite dans la carafe : il vaut mieux le boire assez vite ou utiliser un thermos :)

It takes some practice, but you can make some amazing coffee with this thing. The decanter is beautifully made, and looks lovely when filled up with a clear, delicious brew. I was a little worried by the review saying the glass was too thin, but I'm relieved to say it's not as delicate as all that. I've definitely given it a few knocks and it's shown no signs of cracking, but it is glass after all so some care will always be required when handling it. Highly recommended as an all-in-one drip cone/decanter set. Just add a pouring kettle (and coffee, of course) and you have everything you need to get brewin.
