Ive used this product for years. Works well and takes care of business. Not Vegan or kosher.

This product is amazing. For me it has made a big difference in the way I can move around, no more stiff back. I'm 67 and had lower back lumbago that would last form days to months if it was severe. Since I take collagen in this form my mobility has changed for the best and I have not had a lumbar episode in more than a year (used to have one to four yearly since I was 40 something). Every morning I brake one leaf with my hands into a half a mug of hot coffee, then I stir until it dissolves, scraping sides so it won't stick to them, this means that this IS the real stuff...gelatin (from pork), not like others that have been so processed that they dissolve in cold or hot liquids like sugar. Then I add, in my case, almond milk and drink it once a day. I've complemented this recently with Magnesium Citrate/Maleate from the brand Pure encapsulations, one with each meal and I can move my body better than 15 years ago or more. My triggered finger has healed, and my bad knee is just a memory. I recommend this product 100%
