Very good for calls
I've had this Bluetooth for about a month now. If possible, I would have given it 4.5 stars, but my slight mark down is due to fitting, not function of the device. So far, I have only used my device on my work and personal iPhones. As of yet I've not used it with a computer. First my minor dislike: I have tried using it with and without the over the earpiece. For the first week it would not stay in my ear regardless of which size fitting I used without the over the earpiece, I tried all three of the in-ear cannel sizes. In the end I am using the large size, and over time it seems to be forming to fit my ear and stay in relatively well without the over the earpiece. I tried it with the fourth ear cannel fitting that is flat, while comfortable, it does require the over the earpiece; I have a slight hearing challenge and I found the flat piece allowed to much outside noise in for me. The good and excellent: As the large size ear cannel fitting has formed to fit me, I have found the sound quality to be extremely good. I have used it in my office, auto, and outside. Feedback from people on the other end of calls have said they could hear me very well and clearly; on a particularly breezy day the person on the other end of a call said they could hear me much clearer with the device than without it. My end is always clear and precise. It easily paired with both of the iPhones I use, and a press of the main button will activate Siri, it does get a little confused when connected to both phones at the same time as to which phone I want to activate Siri on but preforms flawlessly when connected to only one phone at a time. When connected to both phones at the same time I have not had any issues accepting calls from either phone; as of, yet I've not had a call on one phone and a call come in on the other to see how it handles that situation. I have listened to a little music; it has a great sound. But to be fair this device is for calls first and music and media second. The battery life has been exceptional! The hardware of the device is pretty basic, a main button that handles calls, etc., and a volume up and a volume down button. It does not seem to have updateable firmware. While it seems "basic" compared to earbuds, it actually is quite sophisticated; noise cancellation, wind blocking, etc. are automatically adjusted for with no input from the user. In conclusion - if you plan to use this device primarily for calls, I highly recommend it. If your primary use is for music, streaming video, etc., you may want to consider earbuds (it works great for Microsoft Teams calls from my iPhone). So far, I've not found any device, including high end ear buds that can compete with the microphone of this device for calls.

The best there is
Had to write a review. This thing is awesome. Coming up on 4 years of heavy daily usage and still going strong. It has survived numerous drops/falls, weather, and recently survived a dunk in my toilet. Fortunately I had already flushed moments before, but I wasn't sure it was going to come out alive after being fully submerged in water for several seconds. To my amazement, after I shook it off and wiped it down with Clorox wipes, it still worked and charges perfectly. Impressive. I work in sales, and this thing is my lifeline. I've tried all sorts of BT headsets and this one wins the prize for being the most durable while also offering the best sound quality and noise cancellation I've been able to find. I can be traveling 90 MPH in my truck down the freeway, and folks can hear me just fine, which I haven't been able to find in other headsets, even premium ones. I even broke the plastic earloop piece years ago, but was able to epoxy it back together and it has held up great ever since. This thing is like Frankenstein and literally never dies. Get it!

Great Bluetooth Headset
I was in search of a replacement for my Bose Bluetooth Headset Series 2. I have the Plantronics Voyager 3200 and the Voyager 5200 and was still not 100% satisfied. I wanted something small, comfortable with a decent battery life. I decided to pickup this headset and will say I am really impressed. The headset has 4 different ear sleeve sizes and an ear hook that adjusts up/down and swings forward and backward for fitting comfortably. Both the battery life and noise cancellation are the best out of all three headsets. Every caller has even said they could not tell I was driving and airport background noise is significantly reduced. There also have been zero complaints of wind noise with this headset unlike my experience with the Plantronics. Turning the headset on and off is super easy...all you have to do is slide the gray/silver headset boom. The range is about the same when compared to the Plantronics headsets as it uses Bluetooth 4.0 (which was a little disappointing). Connecting to 2 different phones is also seamless and worked perfectly. What I didn't like was the button presses required to mute a call or rejecting a call. No, hitting 2 buttons simultaneously isn't difficult, I just prefer the single button on the Plantronics. I have inadvertently hung up on a caller trying to mute. My other gripe is no voice caller ID or ability to answer or ignore using your voice. Overall this headset is great and I would highly recommend based on size, comfort, battery life and wind/noise cancellation.

Most painful earpiece I've ever used!
I'm a huge stickler for using BT devices when driving for a complete handsfree experience. I've owned many (spent well over $2000 over the past 15 years on Bluetooth devices. This $135 one is probably the worst! First, I only use BT devices that offer 'over the ear' hooks. Why? Because all the others fall out. I dropped a $150 Bose model 6 times in less than 3 hours, until it was stepped on and crushed. It fell out of my ear, just like this one does if you don't use the hook. After only 20-30 minutes, my right ear gets sore from the pressure of the ear hook. After only a few hours, the back side of my ear is red, sore to the touch and very painful. It might be hanging off my ear, but it wants to fall off. It doesn't fit in the ear at all. It just hangs outside of it. Turn your head and it feels like it's going to fall right off. You cannot bend the hook. You can't reshape it at all. It adjust a little, but still doesn't fit without the pain. Phone sound quality is very nice. I can hear them, they can hear me with better quality than most. However, I like to listen to a little music from time to time. The audio quality on that is dismal. The volume level is about 40% of than when using it for phone calls, and that is with VOLUME MAXED. It's not loud enough to hear anything clearly, or overpower outside noises. It's not my phone. I have a Note 10+ and trust me, it's loud enough with other cheaper devices. Bottom line: I wasted $135 on this one, thinking it would be as good because of the name. HAH! What a joke! Unfortunately, the joke was played on me. It's not worth buying. That is unless your ear is made of something unnatural and doesn't experience pressure pain. It's the backside of the ear that will hurt. I had to wear it all day and that night, I couldn't sleep on my right side. I also couldn't wear over the ear headphones after that either. Now I got to find a sucker who might want it. I know I won't ever use it again. Two days of pain was plenty for me. I'll just continue to buy cheaper models and replace them when necessary. Don't bother with this one unless you have an 'ear of steel'! The honest truth, the best over the ear BT I've ever used was from Motorola and they don't make the model any longer. I owned six of them over the years. It's too bad the manufactures never listen to customers complains or wishes. This device will sit in my truck and probably get trampled. It's not defective, but just poorly designed, poor quality, and lack of any support. That is unless I find a sucker who likes the pain!

Great call quality, unreliable connection on power on
About 6 months using this headset, I can confirm it does a better job than previous Poly models I had in keeping audio clarity in middle of noisy environments and conditions (driving, background talking, etc). My use case requires me to use it with two devices. That's where I've noticed issues. It many times does not connect automatically after power on, requiring me to manually connect it via the Bluetooth settings. Even when showing connected to Bluetooth, specially when initiating calls, it many times does not detect the call - which I receive or make via apps rather than phone app itself. When it does, there is a gap of about less than 2 seconds for the call to connect to the headset, "leaking" audio in a louder volume thru the device speaker during the transition. This can be very frustrating when you just want to answer/start the call on the go and keep hands free. Honestly, I haven't been trying to troubleshoot much, and counting on something working steadily and reliably well is critical and basic customer centric approach. EPOS apps just doesn’t work for this device. This suggests lack of firmware updates that could prevent this type of issue. It feels like many other aspects of today's reality where companies acquire brands with high reputable quality and service to only deteorate it. It wears confortable on ear, good audio quality for phone calls. I'm not using it to listen to music. As I knew before the purchase from reading other reviews, the button feature set usability could use improvements - having a simple mute button vs pressing two buttons at a time to mute and unmute. Volume keys, as well, need more than a gentle push to work. Not necessarily painful, but definitely not a comfortable operation, as by pushing you press the device towards your ear. And as other reviews noticed, it's prone to accidentally sliding the mic and turning the device off. Yet, reliable audio calls was my priority, and it does it's job well in that category. However, for use with more than one device, or if needing to ajust volume and putting self on and off mute frequently, this will not be a smooth experience for you. As far as battery life goes, it could be better and easier to track, but for me who takes a handful long duration calls a day, it's fine. This would be easily a 5 star product if there was serious product development maintenance for it.

Through the MOON! I would never want to use anything else!
I got my first Sennheiser Presence in 2019, after having freelanced for only 2 years at the time. Business was good then, I had tons of prospect calls a day and something like this was a MUST. I became obsessed with this thing. (Still am, lol) My original model lasted me from July 2019 to Aug 2024. I had to buy this new one once I accepted the fact that, there was no reviving my old one. I could still hear stuff but the microphone stopped working, which really sucked, so that made them only half as useful haha. But having it last me for 5+ years is pretty wild, if you ask me. That comes out to be... $25/year for the best headset ever. WOW. In any case, the new grey one is nice. I like that the ear piece has a soft piece of leather, that's a nice, new added touch. The old ear piece would get a bit painful, after having worn it consistently for HOURS at a time (3+ hrs). Hopefully this improvement will help to avoid that. I don't know how I feel about the new carrying case yet. It looks a bit more sleek, and I suppose it's not nearly as heavy (tbh, it's light AF in comparison, lol). The old one was a brick in comparison to the new one so this is probably a good change. However, I feel like the old one fit in my purse much better BUT it was definitely a brick in terms of weight—it didn't stop me from using it though. I liked how it had a molded space for both the headset as well as the dongle. The cable never fit in the molded space they designated for it though so, I don't blame them for wanting to experiment. The old def looked a lot more sophisticated than the new one. I think if the new one wasn't so wide, and if it more closely resembled the rectangular shape of the old one (the new one is a square), that would be better, since this'll now take up more space in my purse, space that I don't have. I got a little frustrated with the setup (connecting it to my phone, as well as the dongle) but with a quick google search, I was reminded how to put the device in pairing mode and I got it working beautifully. I can't say enough good things about this. The noise cancellation is fantastic, better than the plantronics headsets I’ve seen people use in office settings, and I want to use this thing for everything. I can't even have a long conversation on the phone comfortably without using this! I hate speaker, I feel like it's rude and I hate to think someone might hear that irritating echo, why put someone through misery. And for business, it's great. It's great for zoom calls, great for screen recording videos, just freaking awesome in just about every way. The usefulness of this thing will prove itself to you within a matter of DAYS. I would never want to use anything else. Plus, it's sleek and nice. Apple ear pods look just so lame IMO. Who needs 2 ear pieces? It makes men look like they're wearing earrings. This is simpler and it’s clear what it was designed to do plus it blends in better; it’s not as noticeable and isn’t that really part of the point? These things aren’t meant to be fashion statements and I think it’s a plus that this headset doesn’t draw unnecessary attention.

Excellent on all features -- usage suggestions for newbies
I had one that lasted 5 years until I ran it through the washer and dryer. I just bought another one. I refuse to get those little earbuds that fall out and need constant charging. You cant hear whats going on around you so they are dangerous when driving and useless at work for conference calls etc. The single bud is excellent. I sat on hours of corporate calls while able to hear others at work. It is great on long trips with Waze on my cell phone. I know where I'm going and we can listen to the car stereo. Those indash guidance systems drive me nuts that way. Noise cancellation is excellent. I took phone calls while mowing the lawn and the other end could barely hear the gas mower. The range is better than any I have seen. I can go upstairs and get coffee without dragging the phone with me. It can talk through 3 plasterboard walls at 30 feet distance. 10 hours talk time is necessary if you want it to work all day until you get home and don't want to plug in. It is comfortable to wear. It takes a little practice to learn how to set volume, put calls on hold and take another call. Read the manual carefully, there are 3 volume settings for system, telephone, and music. I turned all mine up. If you don't set them you won't be happy with it. I comes with a little bluetooth usb minidongle for laptop/PC which I have never used. I think it could be used for other bluetooth devices. IF YOU LOSE YOUR EARBUD: Just walk around while trying to connect to the earbud. You will know it is nearby when it connects. You can tell how close it is by how long it takes to connect. I lost it once in a field of grass when it fell out of my shirt pocket. I found it! IF YOU PUT YOUR PHONE DOWN SOMEWHERE: When you connect, the earbud says "phone 1 connected". So, if you put your phone down in a store you can turn the earbud off/on to see when it reconnects. Again, you can tell how far away the phone is by how long it takes to connect. Suggestion: The only design flaw is that the hook is a friction fit into the earbud. After a while, the hole wears out and the earbud can easily fall off the hook and get lost (that is the only complaint I have seen about these). I drilled a tiny hole near the end of the hook and installed a tiny screw so it can't fall off. If you don't have watch screws etc, take it to a watch repair shop and have them put a screw in so you don't lose it.

Great noise cancelation but little else to make it worth the price
Great noise cancelation but too many minuses for this price point 1. Turns off too easily. Literally just tapping it makes the boom close and shuts off. 2. Too hard to pull out the boom to turn on. It will pull out of your ear if you try to pull out the boom to turn it on. It should be this hard to turn off and as easy as it goes off to turn on. 3. Its bulky and falls away from your ear if you are not up right. I work construction and if im un the fllor or look in a cabinet, the ear piece falls away from the ear or completely off 4. Ot could be louder. I had to use a volume booster app to make it louder 5. Lasted me exactly a year. The speaker started sounding tinny and then blew out yesterday. 6. The rubber ear cover/fitting comes off too easily. It always came off in my pocket and finally lost it months ago. On the receiver side - everyone told me the sound was perfect. Barely any background noise was picked up. Infact if i wasnt talking for a bit, i would get a "hello are you still there" because it was so quite that they thought we lost the connection. The batter also lasts an impressively long time. If it wasnt so expensive, i would think of getting another one, just because the sound was so good, but at this price - do better
