The tabs do work. My sodium was down to 122 and now is up to 137 by taking 1 tab a day for 3 weeks. I now take one tab every other day. If your sodium is low or you work in the hot sun I would recommend you get these tabs.

Replace sodium electrolytes on desert days

These taste OK, and take a long time to dissolve in my mouth. You had better keep drinking something as these dissolve or there will be some pain involve. I drink coffee as this dissolves and it works great. So far I am very happy with this purchase. I was expecting something great and so far I am impressed.

Saline tablets should be swallowed with liquid. If chewed they taste salty and bitter. Used to raise sodium level in persons with low levels.

These pills are smaller than other pills on the market, my mother had problems with others, but these are much easier.
