Buyers beware, Way too pricy, return charge nearly thrice the average price of a soap bar.

The lack of an ingredients list has more to do with the culture of India than it does with the ingredients being questionable. India has a copycat business culture, so posting the ingredients would be inviting direct competition, and hence why they don't do it. But India also takes ayurveda very seriously as a functional part of the "health system," in terms of what is both accessible and often used by your average Indian people. So a part of me wants to trust that such a large company in India would not be built on faulty ingredients in its soaps, but I also say that knowing full-well that cutting corners is part of the game in India. So take it all for what you will.

I used to get this at Whole Foods for $1.50 a bar….cheap and smells wonderful. BUT, I went in one day and couldn’t find it. I asked an associate and she said they stopped carrying it bc the company would not submit an ingredient list! Good to know!! Use with caution.

No ingredients list on the package....probably should give only one star just for that.

Smells amazing, very old fashioned clean smell. Leaves skin very soft too
