Stone Care International Stone Stain Remover - 10 Ounce - Stain Remover for Food, Coffee, Red Wine, Ink, Mildew, Oil Stains

We bought this house, moved into it. There were 3 other families before us. Both bathrooms came with clean granite countertops. Not one spot, mark, discoloration. We don't know how old these countertops are. In using the Master bathroom before we had to go out of town, we had left a soap dispenser (with a round bottom) on the counter, and the bottom of it was wet and had soap residue around it. We also had a water cup on the counter for brushing our teeth. That water cup was also wet around the bottom. We didn't think of wiping anything, in a hurry to leave for our trip. We came back, used the bathroom, and saw two big, very dark stains from these items. The countertop is a light beige granite. The spots were almost black. As soon as you went in the bathroom, you immediately saw these stains. We tried cleaning them with different cleaners; letting them "dry out over several days"; using a blow-dryer to dry them out. Nothing worked. The stains were hideous. We then figured we needed to buy a new countertop, and by the one we would have to get, we'd be paying $600 for the new countertop. By accident, somewhere in there on the internet, someone had mentioned this product. We saw the reviews on Amazon, and thought why not, we have nothing to lose at this point. THIS PRODUCT REMOVED BOTH STAINS, 100%, AND THERE IS NOTHING LEFT REMAINING OF THE STAINS. Our countertop looks exactly like when we bought the house. Please believe our review. This product is excellent. It's the only thing that worked for our stains. As the instructions mention, your stain may be removed the first time you use this product, or it may take a few applications. Either way, this product is gold.

Unfortunately, this product fell short of expectations when trying to remove water stains from my granite table. While it had some appealing features on paper, the actual performance was underwhelming. Pros: Easy application process Good quantity for the price Less time-intensive than other products Cons: Minimal to no effect on water stains Did not deliver expected results Despite the lower price point, ended up being a waste of money The main selling point was the better price and larger quantity compared to other granite stain removers. While the application process was simple and less time-consuming than other products I've tried, the results (or lack thereof) made these advantages meaningless. I specifically bought this to tackle what appeared to be water stains on my granite table, but after application, the stains remained virtually unchanged. Even though it's more affordable than competitors, saving money doesn't matter if the product doesn't work. Bottom line: Would not recommend if you're dealing with actual granite stains. Sometimes it's worth paying more for a product that actually works.

We have an indoor pool that has, over time, become stained in a few places on the stone around it. The stains were dark and mottled. I tried everything imaginable on these stains with no luck whatsoever, then I happened to come across this product. It did not totally remove the stains but they were sharply reduced and are now nearly unnoticeable. I am totally satisfied with the results. No one would notice the stains except me. It was easy to use, too. Wow. A product that actually does what it says it will do. Gotta love it.

I have had to apply and apply and it does not remove the oil stains from our granite

First use: 2 day old , very dark coffee stain on mostly white granite. First time to have granite, first day in my “new kitchen” with no warning about the do’s and don’ts of granite . No granite cleaner, so I tried several things, only making it worse. The stain spread as the granite absorbed the water, leaving a lighter stain, but now an area around the stain 18”x 18”. Bought Stone Care International Granite Cleaner. GAME CHANGER! Followed instructions. 4 days and 4 applications later, the huge stain was almost gone. I used cleaner twice more in the next week, lightening enough that I was satisfied. It is 1 1/2 year later than when I wrote this original review. Stain is no longer there. What was left may have gone away because of residual cleaner in the granite or exposure to light. I swear by all of their granite care products. Tried others, no comparison. Stone Care International is the real deal!

Works well. My coffee maker leaked from the bottom and I didn’t see it at first and it left a bad stain. I had to use it a few times but it took the stain out of my granite.

Disappointing stain removal. Used a soap in sink dispenser that left a black discoloration on granite. Tied various concoctions of baking soda and then order this hoping it would work. It didn't! I think the baking soda was more effective.

I had about 3 stains on my end table either from my coffee cup or wine class, this product unfortunately did not work for me, I was also very disappointed that it dulled the finish and my top. looks worse than before I began.

The red wine stain on the marble dining table had already soaked into the porus marble. The product did not remove it, at all. To be truly effective, this product needs to be applied within 10 minutes of creating the stain. We resorted to an 'internet hack' - a poultice made from a heaped tablespoon of baking soda, a teaspoon of water and a few drops of hydrogen peroxide. Mix it (make sure it's not too wet - it should be like cookie dough), spread it over the stain, cover it with cling wrap (patting down the edges, so it's sort of air tight), and leave it for 24 hours. That worked!

Just didn't even vaguely help remove the multiple household stains on my marble floor. Left overnight as instructed; covered with cling film. Had no effect.

as you can see, maybe the mark is old and dark, this product has not got a good result for me. i used it twice, leave it for 24 hours per time. i don't see any difference with the marks before and after. bit disappointed.
