Great product and excellent customer service
My first experience with glasses has proven to be a nightmare. I scratched the lenses, the screws that are supposed to be holding the arms are stripped, and they never stay on my face. This prompted me to finding Wedgees. I ordered one pair on April 11 and they arrived on April 13. I intended to use the Wedgees on the new pair of glasses I have coming in next week, so I was planning on putting the Wedgees aside until then. I was surprised to open the package and discover that I had in fact been sent two pairs of Wedgees, with a letter from the company saying that they wanted to send an additional pair for free to help offset the cost of shipping (which was only something like $1.99) and because they believed good customer service helps sales (in other words). That's true: a company that makes customer service a priority and surprises their customers with free products does help create sales through positive word-of-mouth, but they also need to have a product worth recommending in the first place. In this case, Wedgees are definitely worth recommending. Because I had to take my glasses off to see how to put the Wedgees on them, I couldn't quite see the picture on the package for the right direction. It took me a couple minutes of trial and error to figure out how the Wedgees go on the glasses, but once I found the correct way, I can say they're comfortable and they work great. In fact, after getting over the initial fact that you can (just barely) feel the wedgees on top of your ear, you'll easily forget you're even wearing them, except your glasses won't fall off your face anymore. I can't speak as to the durability and longevity of the Wedgees, but at such a low price point I won't really mind buying extra pairs in the future if they last a good six months or so.

This is the product that I never knew I needed and now cannot live without.
About a year and a half ago I bought a pair of Ray Bans that kept slipping down my nose. In addition to the slipping, the Ray Bans put pressure on my ears and at the end of the day my ears felt sore. I began my search for a product that would solve both of those problems. I began my research on Amazon and came across Wedgees and found the product that I did not know that I could not live without. Wedgees are made of a soft neoprene material. You slip them on the tips the arm of your glasses and that is it. From there on out your glasses will be held in place and will not slip. An added bonus is that the Wedgees also relieves the soreness and pain that you can get from certain types of glasses. I should note that i have used these things during work outs, sports, as well as doing office work. Although I would not recommend it, Wedgees work so well that I have even worn my glasses on a roller coaster and they did not come lose. Just like any fabric, it is important to remember that these things are not going to last forever. That said, my last pair lasted me about a year with daily use. Every time I have ordered (three times now) they sent two packages of Wedgees. Also, just like any other item that you wear on your head or face, you need to clean these. A little bit of soap and water will take care of that. i am such a believer in this product that I seriously will not even consider a pair of glasses unless these will fit on the arms. I cannot recommend this product enough. For those that wear glasses daily, this will eliminate at least some of the frustrations of wearing glasses.

Works as advertised. Right pricing.
The fit of my glasses has always bothered me because it's hard to find respectable adult frames with very short temple arms. I've tried a few other products (and created my own temple cushions) that have not worked nearly as well as these Wedgees do. The silicon products tarnish and slip over time, while the Wedgees, true to their name, securely wedge my frames to my face so that I no longer have to raise my head up unnaturally to peer down through my lenses. And this is the desired result--they are perfectly comfortable and make adjusting my glasses every five minutes an inconvenience of the past. They are also discreet and not noticeable from the side nor do they make my ears stick out. My plastic temple arms are thicker at the end but well within the suggested 1/4" limit for allowing the Wedgees to slide over the tips. The Wedgees are snug but easily adjustable. Caveat: if your temple arms are already very bent, to try to get a good fit you may want to have them re-straightened and re-balanced with the Wedgees on. This would help the Wedgees sit at the proper angle, which heretofore has been a slight problem in my case and caused rubbing on one ear. One other observation: The glue holding together the fabric at the bottom has partly separated on one Wedgee after less than a month of wear. This has not affected its performance yet, however, because there is also stitching holding the piece together.

Fantastic product!
These are amazing! I have one ear lower than the other and my glasses are always crooked and not level with my eyes. I was able to use these and turn one wedgie upside down like shown on their YouTube channel and it leveled out my glasses and keeps my glasses from slipping off! I highly recommend this product.

Absolutely amazing, but they don't last long.
I recently got some new glasses, and they were slipping down my face several times a minuet. My old glasses had quite a bit of slippage too, but it was nowhere near as bad as my new pair (even though my new pair was significantly lighter than my older pair). I could not even bend over to pick something up without fear of my glasses almost falling off my face, and it was driving me absolutely insane! I needed a solution, and did a quick Google search in desperation that something could help me out. Luckily this is a pretty common issue with eyeglass wearers, and after reading a post on a forum (cannot remember what forum) somebody had suggested Wedgees as a solution. So I did another search for Wedgees, and found their website. After being cautiously convinced this could help after reading their site, I checked Amazon to see if I could score a pair here, and while it was not Prime eligible, it was good enough for me. So I ordered a pair of the classic blacks for a total of $8 shipped. I received a standard mailing envelope in the mail a few days later containing two pairs of Wedgees with a nice little thank-you note. The extra pair was of course welcomed, and was explained in the note that it was to compensate for the $2.50 shipping cost even though it was just a regular envelope/stamp for sending regular mail in. Upon opening I noticed that the Wedgees I received were not sewn like I had seen in all the pictures, but rather glued on the edges. I figured this was simply an updated version they were now sending out to everybody. But after I came back to order more (tonight) I noticed they have a new line of Wedgees called "Sport", which have no stitches. So I guess they sent me those for whatever reason even though I ordered the classic ones. But at the time I did not know this. After making sure I put these on right, I tried them out... and oh my gosh... my slipping problems were 100% gone! I was absolutely blown away at how well they worked! I was able to stick them on and not worry whatsoever about slippage, it was simply amazing. They held my glasses on my face as firmly as I wanted and never budged one bit while in use. I was able to completely forget that I was even wearing glasses... it was AMAZING! That is basically how it went the first few days to a week, then as the material started to soak in some of the oils from my hair and face, they started to become less and less grippy. For the first 3 weeks or so they worked well and only gave me minor problems (such as them slipping off when I took my glasses off), but after those three weeks they became less and less tight (started to really stretch out) and the oils from my hair/face were making them slip really easily. After about a month they were almost completely worn out and stretched out. But being the person I am, I kept using them trying to get every last ounce of use out of them as I could. This brings me to today, about a month and a half later is when I officially swapped out my old pair for the new ones, I just couldn't take it anymore. My original pair was stretched way out, greasy and really did not secure my glasses whatsoever anymore. It was still slightly better than not having them at all, but was starting to really annoy me how often I had to adjust my glasses, and there was absolutely no way to keep them on while I took my glasses off, which meant sometimes they would fall somewhere and and almost get lost (or almost land in my food while I ate). And when I started to sweat with them on... forget about it! They were almost completely useless and slipped just as bad as if I wasn't wearing them at all. I have no idea how long the sewn version lasts, but these glued ones leave a lot to be desired. They work amazingly for a little while, but after a month they are pretty much done for. I'll be making another order for the sewn ones, and if I get the sewn ones I will update this review as necessary. Cause I did read a review about somebody going around 6 months before having to replace, which would be really great if I could make them last that long, because that is a heck of a lot better than having to replace these every single month. Bottom line is, for the glued "Sport" versions, don't expect to get too many useful days out of them before they stretch-out and become too greasy to be of any real use. But during those useful days (about a month), you will be in bliss heaven because your glasses will stay put!

They Work Great!!!
Just got these in the mail today and put them on my glasses. Guess what? They work. In fact, they work great!!!! No slippage any longer. I just bought these glasses and they were very expensive. They're good looking, but they kept annoyingly slipping down my nose so I took them back to Vision Works to have them adjusted. The adjustment worked but the glasses started rubbing a blister on my ear, so I took them back again to be adjusted and they started slipping again. I finally gave up & gave in and ordered the Wedgees. I'm glad I did. My glasses no longer slip and the soft, comfortable material prevents the frame from rubbing a blister. Finally, a product that does what it's advertised to do. As you know, it's hit or miss with many products, but I'm here to tell you this one is a HIT. A Grand Slam, in fact. My only concern when I purchased this was that they would be bulky & stick out like horns on the side of my head, but they don't. They're inconspicuous. I seldom write a review for products, so when I do, I mean it. You can't go wrong with Wedgees. Don't doubt my account or yourself. Buy it. You won't regret it.

The best of three products I tried...
This product works very well and is the best of three solutions I tried to stop my plastic frame glasses from slipping. First I tried Nerdwax, which provided no more than a few hours of relief before needing a re-application, and even when freshly applied my glasses did not feel all that secure. Then I tried one of the many types of silicon flaps that attach to the end of the glasses arms and hold them in place by wrapping behind the ears. The flaps gave a very firm hold, almost too firm actually, and after a couple days I had pain behind my ears from them and marks on my nose from how tightly my glasses were held against my face. Wedgees worked immediately and they provide just the right amount of hold, without any ear pain. My wife likes them on her glasses too. A great solution! There are only two "negatives" that I can see for Wedgees, and they are minor ones. They slightly change the angle that your glasses sit on your face by raising the ear pieces about a quarter inch above where they would normally sit on your ears. Probably most people would not care about this. And, if you don't have hair to hide them, they are visible from behind. Again, no big deal for most I think.

Surprisingly functional
The bridge of my nose gets really oily, and between my glasses sliding down a little and me pushing them back up every few minutes, my skin was starting to get really irritated. It was driving me crazy! Buying these was kind of a last resort, but now that I have them, I wish I'd ordered them sooner. I have to say, I was skeptical about this at first. The Wedgees themselves seemed kind of cheap when I first opened them, just some foam wrapped in a tube-like shape and knitted shut along the bottom. Getting them onto my thick frames was a little tricky at first, but the material stretches slightly and I doubt they would break on anything but the most ridiculous glasses. My first impression was that they were... okay. The edges aren't especially soft, so I had to adjust them back and forth to find that sweet spot where they actually worked, but also weren't scratching at the backs of my ears. I couldn't deny that they worked for their intended purpose -- I could shake my head all over the place and my glasses weren't going to fall off my face -- but it didn't seem like they were holding my glasses tightly enough to keep them from doing that tiny shimmy down my nose that was driving me nuts. Also, I have long hair that I tuck behind my ears and it catches on the foam sometimes, especially when I put my glasses on or take them off. This morning, I actually took the Wedgees off and almost dismissed them entirely. I could see them being the perfect solution for a lot of people, but it just didn't seem like the thing for me. That was when I realized, my glasses were sliding down waaayy more than they had the previous day when I was still wearing the Wedgees. They actually had been helping, a lot! I didn't even notice. It's not PERFECT, but wow is it an improvement. I'll still be wearing these things regularly. I haven't had them long enough to speak for their long-term quality, but I bet a lot of people will see immediate results. I'm legitimately surprised at how something so simple can work as well as it does.
