Any good for a very close shave in the private, delicate areas or does it leave stuble at the closest setting?

It's good for that..just maneuver carefully. It leaves barely visible stubble but it's short & smooth enough that, considering this is an electric *trimmer* and you don't have to break out the shaving cream and an actual scary blade, it's very close 2nd place, unless you need to be totally bald.

Can this trimmer be powered while using with wall power? Some will shut off wall power and run on only battery while plugged in.

The adapter has a light that tells you the trimmer is plugged in. when you use it while plugged in the light on the adapter will turn off. I would assume this means the trimmer does not charge while it is turned on. it will run low and stop if left on the charger and turned on.

Can it work both on 110 and 220 volts?

I believe it it is only 110 You could probably use a power inverter or something to use 220.

I like to trim, before doing a clean shave - will this product be able to trim off 1-2 days worth of facial hair?

I do the exact same thing, I will take the guard off and trim stubble before going in with my razor to get a perfect shave. I have found that it will take my hair down to < 1 day's worth of stubble length doing it this way which at least in my mind keeps my razor sharp for longer.
