I bought this on a recommendation that school cap is really good for your nervous system and for relaxation. I love that It’s alcohol free. It tastes great.

U fertilized supplement that works without making you drowsy in the AM

meant to give a 5 star, but page isnt working well. 1st star wont fill. This herb works so well for my autistic adult son. Thank GOD! Does take about 45 min to 1 hr to work, about the same as a pill would. taste is not unpleasant. We use it in juice.

4 stars because the company replied very quickly, not because of the product. I am waiting for the company to get me a replacement as my bottle is very dark and murky and gave me bad bad stomach cramps after taking for the first time. Taste and smell seemed fine but I'm not familiar with skullcap. We are in contact via email. They want me to ship my bottle back and will test it. Based on what they told me, the color and my symptoms are abnormal . I personally cannot recommend this tincture at this time. Please use their website to contact if you have a similar issue or concern, don't risk getting sick. I will provide an update to this review.

Helps with sleep

I ordered this by mistake instead of Herb Pharm sleep formula, which is great. Took one dropperful and couldn't even swallow it because it tastes awful to me.

Works great as a sedative. As a rapid relief. I use in a very little amount of liquid for fast action. I initially used soda, or juice or tea to dissolve, not water, to disguise the taste. You get used to it though quickly. So more dosage is needed, or effect is diminished. I found it to be most effective to use it occasionally, or take breaks between uses. To be considered: for some reason many sedatives has negative effect on liver. I think this one might be too. You often do not see the warning on many products, and find it if looking throughly the descriptions on different brends/products. It is not the huge issue here. But I prefer to be considered.
