Inexpensive, easy to pack, and works well. Directs light in the area you want it to go and helps make your speedlight 'bigger' and thus, softer (don't expect miracles, it's still a small diffuser). I like it since it's cheap so I'm not out if I lose or damage it. Second, it is extremely easy to pack, carry, and put on the speedlight. Third, it gives better control on the direction of the light rather than spilling it all over the room like some of the other, more expensive diffusers. Get a couple and toss them in your bag. You won't be out much and you might be surprised at how handy they are.

Fits well and works well. It seems well made, too.

Used this while photographing wedding receptions. It was a great, cheap, and effective way to soften on-camera and direct flash. I used these for several months before upgrading to Magmod diffusers Pros: Strong and sturdy build. Never tore or ripped. Elastic stayed strong and never slipped off. Diffused like well and made direct, on-camera flash more flattering. Cons: Difficult to put on speedlight The metallic lining inside does not reflect or bounce light was well as I'd hoped.

There are lots of variations for diffusers. One genre is a plastic diffuser with direct or bounced illumination--the other being cloud diffuser with direct or bounced illumination. In this iteration, the nice accomodation of a smaller size delivers the full benefits of cloud (wider dispersion w/softening) modification along with the harder direct diffuser effects of a hard plastic pushon with a reflective bounce card. Lot's to like about this, and couples well with my Godox flashes.

I'm using these little gems on my two radio-triggered off-camera Godox Thinklite TTL TT350S flashes. I've attached some illustrations. In a tabletop set they perform like full-size soffboxes owing to being in so close to the subjects. Light is directed out and to top and sides, but the opaque silvered rear panel ensures that light is directional, as opposed to the little box diffusers that come with all flashes. When you don't want it, pull it off, then put it back, or stick it in your shirt pocket. Outstanding design, outstanding performance.

I was amazed at how small this was at first! Received it this morning and was super excited as I got to take it and use it straightaway for the wedding I was working this evening. Haven’t gone through the gallery yet (my friend was the lead so she has my pictures currently) but on the back of camera it seemed to do the job very well! I am not a big fan of the rectangle diffusers, find bouncing to be good but not 100% consistent, and had been eyeing the magmod setup when a friend recommended this one. Cheapskate that I am, I jumped on it, but wasn’t expecting to be wowed (I always have expensive taste and end up wanting the more expensive item even when trying to spend less). So happy to say I was pleasantly surprised and will be using it for the next few weddings, at least. It seems to provide a soft and even light and doesn’t have any harsh cut off lines or lose too much light. Thanks!

Pros: Works OK to diffuse the flash. Fits snug and collapses nicely for easy transport. Cons: Due to wide and obtrusive seams I found that when the flash was pointed at the subject, the said seams blocked light and produced a dark band. So in order to avoid problems with this product, point the flash up to reflect off the ceiling.

This has to be my favorite bounce reflector so far. It's simple, it's cheap and it really does a great job of spreading the light around the room to minimize shadows. It does "eat" a lot of light, so this is not ideal for large rooms/high ceilings. But otherwise you can't go wrong with this thing. It fits fine on all my flash units. My Canon 550 EXII has the largest bounce head and it's tight, but it fits. I bought one at first, and since I liked it, I bought a second one. I use these on my two side slave flashes when I don't have umbrellas. I think I will get a third one for the master flash on the camera. Definitely recommend this one if you don't have anything like this or if you aren't happy with yours. Can't go wrong with it for $7...

This helps a TON! I cant believe its so cheap, i went to Henry's and other photo stores and they were asking for much much more than what i paid for this diffuser cap. it softens and also distributes the light very evenly and stays relatively white. Cant ask for more, the quality of the product is pretty good and has been durable enough for me to use for 15 photo opportunities for events i've had to attend, and still is going strong. For those wondering, i use this with a Sony HVL-F43M and it fits and stays on.

Tut seinen Job! Für diese Preisklasse ein echter Helfer und eine deutliche Verbesserung auf dem Aufsteckblitz. Licht wird schön gebrochen und Diffus verteilt. Für Unterwegs wirklich top und nimmt so gut wie keinen Platz weg im Fotorucksack. Kann den kleinen Diffusor wirklich jedem empfehlen, der eine kompakte Lösung für seinen Austeckblitz sucht und kein Vermögen ausgeben will dafür. Verarbeitung ist für die Preisklasse auch absolut in Orndung und mir persöhnlich fällt hier nichts negativ auf.
