Taks, titanium cooking pot 700 ml

Fantastic product. Appears very well made. The weight met my expectations. Its astonishingly light. This 700ml size is just barely large enough to fit a standard size dehydrated meal with room to stir. So perfect size for my purpose. If weight and volume were not a priority I'd say its more comfortable to work with and eat from a slightly larger pot. After maybe 20 uses I'm seeing almost no imperfections in the metal finishing. I did burn the bottom a bit once which left some permanent discoloration but its not a problem. I would say the material is naturally quite non-stick and easy to use. Certainly much more so than stainless steel. The lid and folding handle are great and plenty sturdy, especially considering the ultra-lightweight design. A 4oz gas can fits easily inside along with a cloth, lighter, and and foldable stove.

Really appreciate the increased fuel efficiency I seem to be getting with this pot. The weight is fantastic and the larger diameter make eating and clean up much easier. Would purchase again.

Sehr leichter Topf. Mit Deckel 84gr, ohne 62gr. Mit 0,5 Liter Wasser etwa zu zweidrittel gefüllt. Maximalfüllung gut 0,6 Liter. Hatte den Topf hauptsächlich wegen des Maßes gekauft. Er ist nicht so hoch und passt daher gut in viele Molletaschen. ( z. B. Helikon Tex E&E Pouch oder TT Canteen Pouch MK2 ) Für eine Person ist das Volumen optimal. Die Griffe sind nicht isoliert, werden aber auch nicht sehr heiß.

It’s Toaks. It’s titanium. It works well and is super light. Only knock on it, as with any titanium pot or pan, is that it conducts heat too well and doesn’t hold it well. It’s hard to use it to simmer, and it cools down fast which isn’t great for food/coffee warmth. I use it to boil water for coffee and such.
