Love this Dolly and this can handle so much. Before with my other carry dolly from sams, I would make 4-6 trips and now I make 1 or two trips. It handles a lot. It's a little heavy only because I had hurt my hand when carrying heavy stuff before this dolly. and you have to practice the folding and unfolding. My only complaint are the turning knobs. OMGGGGGG they turn the wrong way, not normal.. so it always confuses me... not sure if they did that on purpose... but you can def use them without the knobs unless you want to use it as a standing dolly which i dont. Love it and highly recommend it.

Good construction. Had to drill out one hole in axle to get cotter pin in. Had to loosen and adjust position of bracket that holds drop down small wheels in upright position to get it to lock in. Assembly diagram could have been better. Will update after I use it. Worked well, was able to move some large boulders with it (>200 lbs.). Large pneumatic wheels didn't damage my lawn.

Got this today and tried putting it together. Its the most horrible thing to assemble and wouldn't wish it on anyone. The instructions don't make sense and list items like bolt M8 55 and other similar numbers with no guide as to what is what. The instructions arena fact engineering drawings which makes it even harder to figure out what to do. I ended up putting it all back in the box and debating weather to send it back or not.

This item turned out to be a dude for my use because of its bulkiness, difficulty to store and although it is convertible, We have found it to be not so user friendly and to have some questionable safety features. We have had a few minor cuts due to pinch points and sharp edges when trying to convert. It is not all bad and has come in handy on really large jobs where really heavy multiple items need to be moved but at the end of the day, I could have just used a simple handtruck or a regular carrier and not lost the time, difficulty and injury to convert.

Easy to assemble great quality I love this

We bought the handcart May 10, 2024 and it was great and it was really an asset to us. We use it to move a lot of heavy items across different terrain and it did great. It was easy to maneuver, quick to change from stand up to platform. However; yesterday after only 3 months of use, while moving about 600 lbs of bags of salt the front two castor wheels just came apart. We were using the cart in the flat or platform position and it's supposed to handle up to a 1000lbs, but didn't. Very disappointed. We are going to change out the wheels our selves, but if you need a hand cart that can handle a lot of heavy use, you might want to try a different model.

Assembly instructions were not great but those who can, do. After assembly, works very smoothly.

Hard to assemble and very hard to oprate, can't lock into place. you need to find and pay an expert who knows the product to show you how to use it. It took 2h hour to fully assemble and unable to lock it. Its defective during design and manufacture. Cannot return as you need to buy a label from any shipping carrier. Thats why the 1 star. I want a prepaid return label. While assemble, I got injured on hand, finger arm and fore head. It's very heavy. I end up paying someone to assemble and still cant lock it properly.

It’s not as I thought with such price and I regret not to buy the COSTCO hand truck much cheaper with good quality
