Easy to install
Great product! Very easy to install and works perfectly. The water pressure is adjustable and comfortable, and the self-cleaning feature is a big plus. It makes a big difference in hygiene compared to regular toilet paper. Good quality for the price. Highly recommend!

So fresh, so clean.
I've been a customer for some time through different products. Having just moved into a new home, I purchased the updated models. One of my favorite things about this brand is that everything you need comes in the box. You technically don't need other tools and things like that to install these products. Is it easier to have professional tools, absolutely. But not necessary. Each install shouldn't take more than about 15 minutes, if you know your way around the equipment. It might take a little bit longer if this is something new for you and you're new to the DIY. The instructions are e pretty simple and easy to read through (yay pictures!) There are also YouTube videos available for you to figure out what to do and how. I think the determining factor for install time is your plumbing, and the amount of space you have to work around in your bathroom to get these installed. If installed correctly, there should be no leakage. It's light weight and I haven't had a problem with anything fitting different bowls (main vs powder room). The same model fit both well. The length of the unit/nozzle worked well on both types of bowl. The equipment is a plastic materials is good quality, the last version lasted me for around 5 or 6 years, I don't expect to have any issues with these moving forward either. I like that they've updated their dials on the control unit. I did have an issue with that on the previous one and ended up replacing it with a generic dial. I hope to not have that problem moving forward. We have been in this house for just over one month. Everything works well and one you start with a bidet, you'll dislike going elsewhere. Give it a shot, and end your dependence on toilet paper! Treat yo self!

Excellent Product!
I got this Neo 120 free from the 2Go Product company and decided to install it myself in order to fairly review it. I am not the best handy person, so I leave most of it to my husband, but I am game when it comes to most minor household maintenance chores. First, after sorting through the few parts out of the box, I had a question about the washer on the water line adapter tee. It was already installed in my tee, but the instructions said that if it was not, to insert it before proceeding. Just out of curiosity I removed it to examine it. The washers' shape didn't look anything like the picture on the instructions, so if it hadn't been there already, I would not have known which end to put down and which to put up? I just put it back in the t-adapter and hoped it was inserted correctly as received. I continued to follow the instructions and took off the toilet seat and installed the bidet as shown. It was very easy to match up the holes and then reinstall the seat over it. My low water toilet tank would not empty all the way after the water was turned off and the toilet was flushed, so I had to use a baster to empty the tank the rest of the way before unscrewing the water line. Be sure and put a towel or something down on the floor because there was still some water that leaked out of the tank and out of the old water line when I unscrewed it. My existing water line did not match up with the tee adapter so I had to change it out for the one thankfully supplied. It was a little longer than the old one but that wasn't a problem. I'm grateful the wrench I had was the right one for the job because it was no easy task getting the old line loose at the wall end in a cramped area. After replacing the waterline, adding the tee, attaching it to the tank, then attaching the other water line to the bidet as per the instructions, I turned the water back on and was ready to try it out. The separate user guide and dial pictures were not very helpful for me? After reading step one and two, I still didn't understand that you only need to use the bottom "wash" dial when you want to flush the bidet nozzle unit, (in order to keep it clean and functioning properly), but you don't need it on when you are washing yourself. Maybe you would do this first before your personal cleaning, and that is why it's on the user guide, but there is nothing about using only the pressure dial to clean yourself? Anyway, after trial and error, (and that included getting wet as I stood in front of the toilet turning dials in order to figure out what I was doing wrong), I finally understood how it worked. You turn on the top "pressure" dial to start the water flow through the nozzle to clean yourself and then you turn it off. However, you use both dials in order to rinse the nozzle unit behind the nozzle cover. First, turn the bottom "wash" dial all the way to the right and then turn on the top pressure dial to start the water flow for a few seconds, and then turn both dials off. My unit seems to have plenty of pressure, so I barely have to turn that dial to get the right rinse. The cold water was startling at first, but I got used to it very quickly and will never do without it now. I didn't even need to add spacers under my Kohler toilet seat as the Neo 120 bidet barely changes the way it sits. I have always wished for a very expensive bidet toilet that I will never be able to have, so I am glad I got to finally try this alternative. I'm going to go ahead and install another one in our other bathroom now that I know what I'm doing if I get the husband to agree. I had ordered it earlier this year but couldn't get my husband to install it for me. For the amazingly low cost of this, it seems to be built well, has everything you need in the box and does what it's supposed to do by hitting just the right spot! Other than having to tighten the water lines a bit more when I noticed I had a slow drip after installation, everything is working fine. Next time, I'm going to install the water lines first before installing the bidet as there will be more room to work. All in all, other than wishing for a slight clarification in the instructions and user guide, the whole Neo 120 experience was a positive one and I recommend this device as a must have item for all households! Update:12-2014 My husband finally tried my Luxe Bidet Neo 120 and loved it! He let me install the other one I had bought in the extra bathroom. It took less time than the first one. I did need the extra water line again as the old one was leaky. I'm so glad they include it in the package. Now we're both loving this little clean machine...

Good product and value
Good product. Works as described. Very easy to install. I gave 4/5 because I think a white hose would look much better than the stainless next to the toilet. Very happy with purchase.

Great quality and works perfectly. Throw away the T valve supplied and buy the Kinetic 15mm x 15mm T valve from Bunnings.
