The armrests were hard and uncomfortable from the start so I had to buy cushions for them. They also became lose within 2 weeks. I've had the chair for about a year and 3 months and the hydraulics have started to wear down. I'm 180~lbs so it's not like I'm at the extreme end. The neck and lumbar cushions also are pretty weak but not horrible, although the concave shape of the chair makes it really hard to stretch your back after gaming for awhile. The only thing positive I can say is that the fully horizontal position can hold my weight and I can lay down and pass out if I wanna watch a movie at my computer.

Overall I truly enjoy this chair. As I write this review, I believe the best way to rate this product is to base it off the following, Comfort, Support, Design, and Functionality. - Comfort overall is great, arm rests are padded as is the back and seat. Back of chair comes with extra padding for neck and lower lumbar support. Wish the seat had more padding but not terrible. (I imagine in time it will flatten out though) - Support is Fantastic! The back is designed to support your posture when sitting and you can feel the firm metal frame under the padding. Seat has the perfect shape for sitting however IMO needs more padding. - Design of the chair is ascetically pleasing and looks great next to my battle station, Chair is adjustable for height and also leans back similarly to a car seat. Arm rest can be raised and also tilted out of the way to the Right and left if space is needed Functionality - This is probably the reason I gave it 4 stars - The arm rests are adjustable side to side and often the arm rest will move out of position at the slightest pressure on either side. Kinda of annoying when you use arm rest to position yourself and they move away from you causing you to slip. Also you cant move you chair by holding the armrest as they will no be fixed positions / However preforms as advertised and made my gaming way more enjoyable In conclusion, overall a great chair for the value if you looking for something a passive gamer may like.

Update, 8 months later: The seat base is just garbage. It's already creaking like it's many years old and it constantly sinks on its own when you sit down or move. Having to repeatedly get up and pull the lever to get the seat to move up again gets really old when you have to do it 5 or 6 times in a row before it decides to stay put. Save your money and buy a chair built with better components. Original review: This chair is a not only one of the few that I could find with fabric covering, but it's also very comfy with a great range of adjustment. I'm 6'2" and 220 lbs and this gives me great support and plenty of wiggle room. The only adjustment I might make to make this perfect would be moving the armrests back a few inches but they're still fine where they are. It was very well packed and took just over 15 minutes to assemble. It comes with all the tools you need, but if you want to make it even easier and speed the process up grab a 12mm socket and ratchet or driver.

Like a lot of people, I started working from home in 2020. I did not have a proper desk chair and knew I wanted a "gaming" style chair because of the high back and they just look cool. I didn't have the spare funds for something from secrets labs so I found this highly rated chair on Amazon for a pretty low price and decided to jump on the last color they had available. Something to note: I'm a big guy and weighed about 250 when quarantine started and this chair is supposed to support up to 330. Chair arrived and I put it together pretty easily but there were a few things I noticed right off the bat. The chair felt really wobbly. Its got weight to it but somehow still felt like it was moving much more than it should. The other big thing I noticed is that the arms rests are quite low and cannot lock in place left and right-wise. The also click quite audbily when moved, which is often since they dont lock. The final thing to note is that the seat is narrow. If you're a bigger person like me, the hard edges of the seat cushion will rub against your outter thighs. I decided to just deal with these minor annoyances. Sadly, after about 2 months of regular use, the chair started lowering on its own. At first I decided to just deal with it since I could just raise it back up but then it happened so much that I didnt even want to sit in it. I gained some quarentine weight but I was still pretty far from their posted limit of 330. Anyway. I finally reached out to thw company and they sent me a new gas lift. Problem is, the old one is in so tight I had to ask them to also send a whole lift mechanism. That worked for a month or so and here we are back to the chair lowering on its own. Im going back and forth with their email support but they keep asking if I want a new part. Also worth noting that my wife and kids use this without an issue so maybe the weight limit is much lower than they posted....which is still their issue. If you're a bigger person, maybe just spring for a good office chair or save up for a quality gaming chair that can support us big fellas ;)
