I have quite the blessed connect with HealthyHey; have bought quite a few supplements, previous. Glycine is a very important amino acid, for Glutathione, which is as important for the liver, as it is a detoxifier, as it is a natural sleep aid - which is why it holds an important place on my shelf. You can always trust this brand - they have it all in affordable rates - its not necessarily true that you gotta have expensive foriegn supplements, to get the most out of them. The simple ones are as effective as any. As a nutritionist, I hear this alot, and I keep clearing this myth. Having said that, this is fantastic...

Hope it is not a sleep pill! Of course it's not. It gives you good sleep. You feel like fresh and happy after you wake up

Effective supplement
This brand is my first experience with L-Glycine. A but on the expensive side as compared to other products, but I haven’t tried those so can’t comment on their quality. However, these tablets are just amazing for a good-nights sleep. Although I don’t use it regularly and didn’t take it for that purpose as i have no trouble falling asleep, its a great supplement to give you a good quality sleep when needed without any side effects.

No Effect Whatsoever
Why did you pick this product vs others?: Glycine is known to give you sound sleep. I tried this product for 10 days and felt nothing. Then I gave these capsules to some of friends. None felt any difference. I opened the capsules and tasted it. It is sweet like sugar. I really doubt credibility of this item.
