Great product

Unique and convenient!
Arrived quickly, safely wrapped in bubble wrap, and is absolutely delicious. I have used it for Tacu tacu (Peruvian rice and lentils), and I could eat the dish every day. The aji mirasol imparts a pure pepper flavor with a bit of heat. Use sparingly and add more to taste depending on your tolerance for heat. It's hard to duplicate this flavor and creamy texture at home from scratch, so I love this product.

Mixed feelings
The first thing I noticed when I received and opened the package (which was very well wrapped) was that there was no label on the jar. There was nothing identifying this as Aji Mirasol. That was troubling. The jar cover was from Inca Foods but there was no other identifying information. I used the sauce but would have preferred a label. UPDATE After reading other reviews and doing some research on amazon and online, I realized that this is NOT even Aji Mirasol. I requested a refund. Disgraceful!

fabulous to add to chinese cooking instead of red chiles when yo are cooking its hot so you only need abot 1/4 tsp in yor cooking
