One gets what one pays for. This Lee Stafford blue tone shampoo is great. Fabulous thick consistency. I have a short cropped hairstyle and only need a small amount. It gathers up really well and is true purple. It does take any brassy tones from my hair and leaves a white super pale blonde colour. Keeping my highlights looking as good as the day they were done. Also lengthening the time between salon visits for colour work. Very pleased.

This is so far the best product I've found for taking the brass out of blonde hair without leaving any purple stain, but it really does dry hair out. Only use it once a week as suggested and definitely use a conditioning treatment after.

This is by far the best purple shampoo I have tried. I had my hair bleached and it was lovely at the top, but the ends were a darker yellow which I hated. I wanted to embrace my white hair and tint it silver. Other purple shampoos leave it tinged purple if you leave them in too long this doesn’t The ends I lather it in & leave it a good 5 mins or more. The roots I just use it like a normal shampoo. Not only does it take the yellow out it has got a soft greyish tinge to it. It’s very bright & I love it. The smell is strong when you are applying it but it’s not noticeable once dry, I like the smell but it depends on your taste. It’s like a band aftershave, like Muglers Angel, it reminds me of anyway. It leaves my hair very soft. I still use a conditioner after, but it leaves it feeling lovely. Ive been using it about once a week for a few months now and I’m only just getting to the end of the tube. I have below shoulder length quite long hair.I have sensitive skin to & this suits me fine. Give this a go. I cannot recommend it highly enough. I won’t be buying anything else from now on

A brassy warrior in a bottle! Left my new hairdressers with dull blonde highlights, tried numerous, hyped-up shampoos and had just about given up. I have used Lee Stafford products in the past, so thought I'd give it one last shot...... Left it on 1-2 minutes only, as I was scared of a disaster. After drying I was astounded. It was as if someone had turned a switch and there before my eyes was a vibrant, bright, light blonde. I can't recommend it enough. If you want white blonde hightlights, go with this blue toning shampoo. Not the purple ones. Good luck!

This shampoo is very effective in getting rid of any yellow tinge to give you an icy white colour. Acts as a toner in between colour appointments at the hairdressers making your colour last longer. Great value for money leaves your hair feeling soft and not too drying for your hair.
