Very robust system and a great value. We were quoted over $18k for the install of a similar system. Between this package and a couple spools of quality wire we're in it for less and $2k. Setup is easy and fairly straight forward. Tech support is available if you need them, they got back to me whenever I had a question. All the parts worked right out the box and appear to be well made.

Purchased this product for some doors installed in our facility and the quality of the system is great. easy to install if you are handy and you have no pervious experience. needed help with some questions and a problem and the customer support has been above and beyond with email and video chat I would recommend this product for anyone looking for a safe and secure entry system!!!

I am really confused as to why this is not a full 5 star product. It is in my book. We have had this system operating for about 2 years now and I couldn't be more pleased. No more worrying about people making copies of keys. No more worrying about keys getting lost. I hooked this up to a nice backup battery and I don't even worry when the power goes out. All of these great features then you add in the amazing customer support and this is a 5 star product. The support is helpful, attentive and will give you great suggestions if you are looking for different solutions. I would totally purchase this system again if I was to do it all again.

I had never installed this product before and am always interested in learning more about their tech support first. If I can't get any support, then I won't use a new product. The product has been very intuitive, and I have been pleasantly surprised with the tech support offered by this company. 24/7 they have gotten back with me concerning all of my questions, sent video's, emails, whatever I needed. We bought a single door controller last year and we were so impressed with the features and functionality, that we bought two more 4 door controllers for the rest of our doors. Easy to install if you have a little electrical knowledge and customer support was awesome, don't be afraid to ask.

Purchased this lock system for our RV park bath and laundry room. Easy installation and simple to program. When I was unsure about an issue the support was very helpful. I would definitely purchase this again if I need access control.

This system has proven to be very reliable. Like everything else, there's a learning curve, but tech support is very good. Chen answers questions quickly and provides many on the instructions with videos. Would highly recommend this product.
