This is the first waist trainer I ever purchased and was pleasantly surprised. I got it mainly for a slimming look and back support and I give it 5 stars for both. I read several reviews on size before I purchased and glad that I did. I am 5'6" 170lbs but currently loosing weight. I already have an hourglass shape (under all the fat, lol) so when I sucked in my gut at the narrowest place in my torso (like really sucked in and cinched down the measure) I could get 31" but at my belly button (waist) I was 37-38". According to the chart I should have ordered a XXL but I opted for a Large and it fits perfect. It was a tussle to get on the first time but I've worn it for 3 days straight now and it is very comfortable and I'm down 2lbs and will be moving into the next set of hooks. I will be purchasing a second one in order to have one to workout in/everyday and then one for going out/special occasions. I watched several video reviews on different waist trainers before purchasing and was nervous because my torso is a little longer than most and this product fits perfect and seems to be holding up well. However, it has only been a week so time will tell.

been searching for a good waist trainer after my last one stopped being effective. This one is thick, good quality material that isn't too stretchy- a common problem I've had with poorly made ones. This sucks me in and keeps me compressed. I gained weight very unevenly after recovering from EDs, and this definitely smooths my waist to a more uniform curve while flattening my tummy. My only criticism is that it's very unflattering from the back, but that's partially due to my body type. It's also a little hard to hook. 5'10, ~150lbs, 32DD. My waist is 30 inches and I got a Small (keeping in mind I use trainers and corsets regularly). My waist is about 28 inches on the second hook. Last 2 pics w/out trainer.

Measurements: 36-29-48 Ordered this trainer in my shirt size (Medium) it is too big. By big I mean it goes all the way to the last set of hooks right away. I was expecting a waist trainer with a little bit of a challenge. I was expecting to start at the first set then gradually work my way down. Also, I recently just got out of a trainer with 26 steel bones, this trainer feels as though it has none. Even though it’s stated that it does. Overall a good trainer just not a hardcore one like I’ve had in the past.

Ordered a small for postpartum wear since my waist was previously 27" and I hadn't gained as much weight as my first pregnancy; about 37 pounds. It was a struggle but I was able to get it on day 2 postpartum. I'm now 10 days ppm and have advanced to the last set of hooks. It's definitely helped squish my belly back together way faster than last time when I didn't wear anything consistently. I wear it most of the day but don't sleep in it just because I prefer to be unrestricted at bedtime. I have napped in it a few times and it was fine. Overall it's very comfortable despite giving great support so I'm still able to do everything i need with my baby. As a person with a shorter torso I find the fit to be perfect. I don't have any issues with it bunching up and pinching me like with other trainers I've tried. Pictures attached show where it hits on the hips and how it looks under clothes. I just ordered an XS to advance to when I'm ready.

Great trainer, it’s made up of great material, is easy and comfortable to use. I had to return mine because it fit loose (I didn’t buy the right size, I recommend you taking measurements and hiding yourself from there).

The waist trainer served its purpose. It helped me postpartum get my swelling under control and helped things get into place again. It was supportive but not long enough for someone postpartum. It did work okay if I just wore it low so I could have more support around my lower tummy. My recommendation is find a belly binder specifically meant for postpartum recovery than here. I only wore it for about a week. And I think I could have benefited from something meant for postpartum. I later learned that this was just bad for postpartum mothers anyways. So don’t waste your time with this.

EVERY MOM NEEDS THIS!!! 12 weeks postpartum here...I'm usually a size Medium but I ordered a small! And I'm so glad I did! I just got it and it took me forever to put on but once I hooked it myself, it didn't feel uncomfortable. If you can squeeze your "fat" or "blubber", you can squeeze into a size smaller!!! It just takes an empty stomach and strong arms. That sexy hour glass shape is worth the fight!! The support is AMAZING!!!! I had to lay down and roll to my side to get the first hook on the bottom, then I worked my way up. And hooked the top one, then worked my way down to the middle. I eventually got it on...... This beats a "luxe" one I bought for near $100. That other one broke after a month... The corsets that have the hooks are more durable anyways. (Also I heard drinking hot lemon water in the mornings helps burn off this fat off)

Debo confesar que estuve apunto de regresarla pues la pedí XS y está no trajo extensión así que que dije no me va a venir pero al probar para mi sorpresa me quedo!!! Con trabajos la cerré pero quedó ahora mismo llevo 6 hrs con ella y súper confortable me gusta mucho esperemos que ayude a reducir cintura ya más adelante haré una actualización … otra cosa yo mido 5, 1 y peso 138lb para que calculen más o menos … es buena inversión vale lo que cuesta ! 🙂 Actualización estoy despacio acá de la faja al principio todo bien pero ahora ya se está aflojando una parte de la faja realmente me encanto pero creo que salió defectuosa porque sólo tengo un mes con ella para que ya se halla aflojado estoy arrepentida por haber comprado dos más las iba a regalar ahora lo estoy pensando
